We were two couples travelling together. Each bedroom has its own bathroom facilities which was a bonus. Also washing machine and dryer. Obviously it is a bit of a walk to the centre of Boston which we knew at the time of booking - frequent public transport is at the door if you prefer it. Apartment was very clean and well appointed - great views over the area. Restaurants and grocery shopping nearby.
Lovely apartment with view of harbour. It was possible to walk to Downtown Boston from the apartment, though the subway was easy from the World Trade Center (silverline). Free bus to WTC from airport (also Silverline service).
There is no supermarket nearby (although was a deli which had a restricted range of products). The surrounding restaurant's were expensive.
Dirty - almost everything. No hair dryer in apartment. No kitchen towel in kitchen. Bad communication with service staff. Door can be locked but does not feel secure.
The value was great and location was great. Accommodations equally good.
We booked for 5 and knew one person would sleep on the couch. Only towels and bedding for four the 1st night. This was resolved the 2nd night. All else was great!
Concierge was helpful in navigating the city through different modes of transportation. Very close to restaurants and a market just downstairs.
Parking was misrepresented. Only public parking was available. With a concert across the street, all parking garages were full. We were traveling with 3 adults and two children, there were only 3 bath towels when arrived and no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Had to wait until the next day to receive them because the leasing agency was off site.
Location and space was great. Rooftop patio had a great view and wasn't too busy at night. Despite a snafu with my booking the concierge was lovely and very helpful. Northeast suites did sort things out relatively quickly and got us in the apartment in an hour. Otherwise the hubway bikes made out stat fun and easy to get around ! Neighborhood was amazing and great space and value for money spent!
When we arrived they did not have access ready or any instructions on how to get in. Luckily they answered the phone quickly when I called the number provided. They said my cc had been denied and they had been trying to reach me. When I called my cc company they said no attempts had been made on my card at all. So that was a bit scary and frustrating after a twelve hour day in the car! They did sort it out and got us in so I'm thankful for that!! The place was very very nice but the mattresses were not that comfortable and the sheets and towels were pretty cheap. A little extra money in that department and for a few extra towels would go a long way. A mirror and garbage in the second bedroom would also be really helpful.

The service from the apartment owner: there was no specific address on my confirmation - a problem since the Park Lane has 2 bldgs in the seaport. When I arrived at the correct building no one knew anything about my reservation and when I phoned the apartment owner (Northeast Suites) they said my reservation had been cancelled. Eventually they recognized my reservation but the service was not friendly. When I returned later to check into my apartment the key provided did not fit my lock. A wonderful building concierge helped me to find another key but I waited over 30 minutes and was late to my business dinner. There was no blow dryer in the apartment and I had an important mtg early the next morning. I called the 24-hour customer service line (at NE Suites) to ask about it and my call was never returned even though a return call was promised asap. A blow dryer showed up the next day but no one notified me (plus by then I had managed to get help from one of the fabulous the Park Lane concierges to borrow a dryer for my stay). A Keurig coffee maker was there as advertised but there was no coffee nor any place nearby to buy it.
