Clean, convenient, Being ignored at the front desk by two people. First was on the phone and didn't look up or acknowledge me in any way. Second thought I was being helped by the first but didn't ask for several minutes. Felt invisible, poor customer service!

1. Shuttle service 2. restaurant handy I was assigned a room in the west wing,.ground floor. I did not feel secure there as single Sr. Citizen travler.Would need to go out of building for ice, vending machine and restaurant. Asked to be moved to main hotel where I have stayed many times. At 1st there was no room avail., But one was found and I moved. New room just fine.

It was close to airport.Front desk were nice and helpful The room was nasty there was used soap in shower, there was a huge nasty stain on the bed.

Clean n comfy rooms. The area is nice. Very close to the Oracle arena,O.co Colisieum n oak airport. Parking gets very limited by end of the night.

Horrible mattress ! Room was noisy next to ac units. Wish checking in staff would not give that room out unless there were no other available .

Actually I didn't like anything. Would not recommend this place. We booked this hotel for daily trips to san francisco but no not again. Please dont stay here you will regret it. If you are staying 1 day and want a close hotel to the airport maybe. - The room was dirty really dirty, the sheets were awfull (blood, green marks) - we stayed in april and it was chilly outside so we used the airco but the noise was unbelievable. You couldnt sleep because of the noise - after a long day we wanted to take a shower but guess what to central heating was broken (around 11pm). So they turned it on but said it would take an hour to heat up. So we try it after an hour but guess again our shower was broken, they suggested that we moved rooms. Just bad Simply don't stay at this hotel!!

No, ofrece muchos servicios, sin embrago las piezas son bastante buenas, que muy cerca un wallmark (siempre es bueno), esta muy cerca del aeropuerto (3 min en auto), tiene wifi gratis, fácil de llegar, estacionamiento y buenos accesos. Si no vas a pasar mucho tpo en el hotel es una excelente opción. Buena relacion precio calidad. Eramamos un grupo de 15 personas, y entre las llaves, claves de internet se demoraron bastante. Lo otro es que el desayuno se paga. Eso si hay un Starbucks.

Friendly service and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was nice to notice. Shuttle service was slow.

Asked to change rooms when given a 2nd floor room with no elevator. Staff complied, and we were happy. No refrigerator in room.

Pretty room, staff who tried hard to accomodate, good restaurant, great location. We had to change rooms 2 times and only stayed there 2 nights. Room not ready, a/c not working, would have changed a 3rd time but it was late and we were too tired... Auto light in the entry hall kept going on and off all night. No financial compensation made for the inconveniences of moving so many times... Disappointed.

The location worked well given that we arrived late and had to leave early. Biggest issue with the room was the air conditioning wasn't working and while the fan worked the A/C did not so the room was hot and stuffy. No ability to open windows. Bathroom very small and dated.

Closeness to and from airport and complimentary shuttle. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I stay here to cut long distance travel flights up and get rest. No lift in annex building where our room was located and no help offered to us with our heavy bags getting to the room.
