Park Plaza Resort    

Staff was Awesome, services were Great and the rooms were excellent! We were very pleased with how they took care of us! I would highly suggest this resort to anyone!

Clean, comfortable suite. Loved the shuttle service. Didn't charge for parking. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.

Good, spacious, quiet accommodations at reasonable price. Shuttle to downtown. Underground parking.

Ski storage a bit awkward (need lock) so stored them in room.

Love this place - convient to the bus, mountain and restaurants. Have always had outstanding service. Affordable for us. Will be back.

1- Shuttle to the ski resorts 2- Set up of the room even if the studio is very small. 3- Mattress very confortable

1- Not sufficient dishes for cooking 2- The noise from the pool and spa: ask for a room far from the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff, good, quiet location close to bus stop. Large and well equipped rooms.

Fridge and heating were pretty noisy. Ended up turning them off over night.

We booked 10 rooms for friends and family to stay who we're attending our daughter's wedding. The management and staff attended to our every need. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, from the quality of their room to the use of the pool and hot tub. Great time! Asst manager Joel was the best and ensured all our guests were well cared for during their stay.

Well to begin they couldnt find our reservation, then took a copy of my fiances credit card and couldnt find that the next morning! Very unhappy about this!!!

Excellent, great room with good space. Great staff. Parking is free and inside the building in the garage. 5 min driving to the park city mountains resort.

no free breakfast...I know we had kitchen facilities but didn't know that they were so good before we got there and had no food to prepare...

We had a great time at the Park Plaza Resort. The staff was nice and the facility was very nice. We really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Thanks for a fun trip!

I liked how spacious our room was. It was great for our family. The staff was great and we will definately come here again.

I did not like that the pool was only available to kids 12 and younger until 9PM.

I loved the location, removed from downtown, very close to the "rail trail". Wonderful staff!! I especially liked the front desk help "Kwodwo". He was so personable and very helpful with any of our questions. You have an asset in him being one of your "front-line" employees.

Having a large clean room, with all of the facilities for travel. Although we did not use it the stove and fridge they are of great value when staying for more than a few days. And at no extra cost. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the bonus of having barb-q outside was another bonus. Also enjoyed the balcony for a change of scenery. Fantastic value for comparable rooms in Park City

Older Televisions. Time for a modern hd upgrade

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza and everything we needed was onsite or close by. Friendly staff, pleasing decor, nice indoor pool, ping-pong, video games, workout room,sauna,hot tub, good central location with secure on-site parking and attractive landscaping. Eficciency room was perfect for 2 people. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The pool was actually warm. I loved the BBQ area. Very family friendly.

The hot tub was too hot.

Away from town

Having to move to another room at 10:30 at night cause ac didn't work. Also I would not have rooms that over look the apartments to the back of the resort, too noisey.

The hotel is well most and the rooms very clean. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. Our bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the mornings. We had a full kitchen and very nice sitting area with a couch, loveseat and a table for six. We were pleasantly suprised about how quiet the rooms were. There was no noise from the guests in adjacent rooms or the hallway. Especially when we knew there were other families with young children staying.

We loved the attention to detail in the rooms, with the inclusion of bath robes, bedding that was nicer than the average hotel room, the indoor pool was a big hit as was the availability of games, books, and other items for kids. The room was beautiful and for little money, which we loved!

Cheaper than a lot of other places but not worth the money

Mattress was super uncomfortable. They didn't have any bikes to rent, unlike what they advertise.

Was very impressed with the one bedroom suite, full kitchen two bath, living room. Great value, convenient, underground parking, shuttle service, friendly helpful staff. I would highly recommended this hotel.
