Score from 168 reviews Very good
the shuttle you provided was awesome.
I didn't like the fact for the money I was paying you don't provide breakfast. Also USA papers should be free. Nothing is more annoying than to pay $450 a night for a room only to have your staff rudely point out that USA today is $2.
Very clean and updated facility. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location with easy access to Park City or Deer Valley skiing and attractions.
WiFi would be almost non existent during peak hours in evening (bandwidth). Mattress was not very comfortable, felt worn and sagged in middle.
Excellent amenities and closeness to 2 major Sundance Fiml Festival venues
the unit was nice looing the kitchen the fireplace it looked lovely
the walls are paper thin you can hear and smell your neighbors when asekd for ectra blankets they came ton one was wet the pillows hard a too old the heating and AC never worked the master bedroom was freezing as there was no controls for that room
Location, spa & sauna, quietness
Spotting housekeeping schedule In the 8 days I was a guest, two beer cans and a used towel remained on a bench beside the sauna door entrance.
Liked the underground parking and elevator to floors. The cleaning staff is top notch and desk staff was very attentive.
Sometimes the pool noise was a bit much requiring the fire door to be closed.
The room was small, but efficient and updated They have a van that runs guests into town, that was great
INCREDIBLY NOISY! People above us were apparently a band of wild monkeys and the construction is so poor, it didn't stop any of it. Plus we were by the pool..noisy! Hair in the shower that wasn't ours and hair in the bed that I'm too sure about...ugh! Coffee maker didn't work. Staff was not up to par....a little clueless
Staff was attentive and friendly.
Rooms and facilities were extremely outdated and there was nothing for young children except a pool and an old ping pong table.
The garage facility was excellent.
The size of the mini suite was smaller than expected. Little storage space.
The location and staff were great. Even during the busiest vacation time over the Holidays we were well taken care of very well.
Sometimes the pool area, which is central to the building, was quite noise.
The staff was very courteous, accomodating, and friendly. Shuttle requests to and from locations throughout Park City were always granted. Great concierge service as well. Everyone smiles..
Only a few areas need to be addressed. A basic breakfast offering for guests would add something most already provide at this level. Coat racks are sorely needed in rooms as you enter and a mini dryer to dry clothes would be so helpful. And why not provide towels poolside instead of guests having to visit the front desk every time. Lastly a brick wall separating the jacuzzi and pool makes watching children virtually impossible.
I think the staff tried very hard. But you need a punch list of all the little things that don't work in each room and fix them before the guest comes. We were with a group of three families and we all had issues. We will NEVER stay there again
The fumes of chlorine knocks you out upon entering this facility. It is not a hotel but mostly private owners and time share. I wanted to get our money back or some discount and they would not budge an inch. Three family's left 2 days early losing our money. That's how unpleasant we were. I repeat we will NEVER stay there again. The staff tries very hard and are very nice. But management needs to jump on the wagon to improve the place. The heater did not work in one of the rooms and it was snowing.
Underground parking. Comfortable mini suite.
The night staff
Didn't clean our room, when asked for clean room towels the next day they said they didn't have any and wouldn't until the next day (wouldn't let us use pool towels), under staffed (you would have to wait 10-15 minutes just to get pool towels) day staff was not helpful at all. Incorrect room had been booked and instead of spending a few minutes helping me I had to spend double money and rebook on booking.com
Great room with balcony & kitchen. Very comfortable.
A pool is located inside this facility and opens to the rooms and lobby. Once you step into the lobby from the street, the chlorine smell can be overwhelming -- and problematic if you have any sensitivity or allergic reactions to chlorine bleach.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating...
Noise from the indoor atrium pool was constant from early in the morning till late night...If you like to sleep, get a room as far from the pool as possible...
Nicely furnished and roomy accommodations, excellent and well furnished kitchen, secure underground parking, very home like feeling
Extra $50/night for pet, internet was difficult to initially connect
My #1 place when staying in park City! New look of room, fireplace patio kitchen. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was bad a$$! I will tell friends about this place!
Internet was poor. Had to go to loby to get a week signal. Receptionest said they would get right on it and yes, I know they will.
Location, swimming pool, table tennis, staff helpfulness
No breakfast available at the hotel
The bed was very comfortable. I didn't here much noise from other rooms. The pool and hot tub is very nice. The out door BBQ set up was really cool. The suit was the Perfect size for a young couple.
They were doing some very loud maintenance right outside our window early in the morning. This was the one morning I had the chance to sleep in and they made it impossible. Most people like to sleep in on vacation. They should be more cons
I loved the room. We had the 2 bedroom suite for 6 of us girls. We surprised the bachelorette at the room which was perfect for 18 girls. Really big, I loved how the kitchen was fully equipped and everyone minded their own business. Nice, clean, & we had everything we needed besides ice.
I didn't like how the staff would get attitudes with their guests. We paid in advance for our suite & check in is supposed to be at 4. We were waiting in the lobby until 4:15 waiting for our room to be "ready". One of the front desk staff noticed I was getting impatient & moved us into another room that was ready. There was no ice? BUT the staff was nice enough to go down to 7-11 to get some. The price was high for the hotel not being that great especially the front lobby.
Great location, beautiful place!
nice, updated, fireplace, back patio area. nice pool although i wish it were an outdoor one
there was an odd smell in the room when we first got there. opened the windows and it cleared but still wasn't too pleasing
Location, outside presentation.
Room was not what I had hoped.
