Staff was pleasant and accommodating...
Noise from the indoor atrium pool was constant from early in the morning till late night...If you like to sleep, get a room as far from the pool as possible...
Location, swimming pool, table tennis, staff helpfulness
No breakfast available at the hotel
The bed was very comfortable. I didn't here much noise from other rooms. The pool and hot tub is very nice. The out door BBQ set up was really cool. The suit was the Perfect size for a young couple.
They were doing some very loud maintenance right outside our window early in the morning. This was the one morning I had the chance to sleep in and they made it impossible. Most people like to sleep in on vacation. They should be more cons
I loved the room. We had the 2 bedroom suite for 6 of us girls. We surprised the bachelorette at the room which was perfect for 18 girls. Really big, I loved how the kitchen was fully equipped and everyone minded their own business. Nice, clean, & we had everything we needed besides ice.
I didn't like how the staff would get attitudes with their guests. We paid in advance for our suite & check in is supposed to be at 4. We were waiting in the lobby until 4:15 waiting for our room to be "ready". One of the front desk staff noticed I was getting impatient & moved us into another room that was ready. There was no ice? BUT the staff was nice enough to go down to 7-11 to get some. The price was high for the hotel not being that great especially the front lobby.
Great location, beautiful place!
nice, updated, fireplace, back patio area. nice pool although i wish it were an outdoor one
there was an odd smell in the room when we first got there. opened the windows and it cleared but still wasn't too pleasing
Location, outside presentation.
Room was not what I had hoped.
Good hotel with very comfortable beds. Had a spacious studio. Bathrobes. Nice hot tub. Not so cheap and we would have appreciated everything more if we had stayed longer than just one night. But we were on a road trip. Park City was very nice.
Had a queen bed but it was plenty of room for a king one. Why didn't they had that?
It's very close to everything in park city that we did for the 4th of July. Nice rooms, loved the pool.
Nothing, everything turned out really good for us.
Excellent price through Booking.com. Very comfortable room and bed. Short stay, but will return next opportunity.
Parking is an issue. The hotel's garage is short so large vehicles do not fit. Garage is also small. I don't believe the garage can accommodate all guests anyway. Had to park on the street.
Great value, very accomodating staff, a joy to have stayed with you! I will be back, I will also let all my friends & associates know about your operation, kudos to you!
Room was comfortable and clean
I can think of nothing.
The pool and hot tub was nice. The room was clean and comfortable.
The pictures for the mini suite were very misleading. The room was ALOT smaller than the pictures made it look.
homey atmosphere at the hotel
our room was really small; double bed
I really liked having a kitchen.
The key's are really hard to keep track of.
Clean, convenient, balcony, just enough cooking facility for my needs. Close to the mountain, underground parking a plus. Staff very helpful.
Location Service Pool and jacuzzi Cleanliness Hotel meetings at night
Laundry service (it took 4 days to wash my ski clothes)
The pool and hot tub. Proximity to restaurants and stores.
The room was very tiny, and we were situated right by the elevator. The temperature of the room was too hot, and the fan didn't seem to make much of a difference.
Staff ignored many requests to fix an acknowledged room deficiency. I offered to fix it myself, and after no response from staff, did. For our last night, they finally fixed the problem.
The hotel was well situated to the Sundance headquarters and various venues. Very helpful to have parking on site. Nice big rooms with well appointed kitchens.
Some issues with the staff upon check-in and regarding payment. Hannah, the manager, was terrific and sorted everything out in the end which made up for it.
I loved the roomy suites with the kitchen and fireplace. The facilities are excellent with the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and pool! There were some decent restaurants within walking distance and I walked a couple of time to the old town and it only took 30 minutes on a lovely trail.
The wifi kept going down so that was a little annoying as either it didn't work or you had to keep logging on and sometimes the site didn't work in the browser to log on.
Location was great. Room size was good we had the 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms full kitchen including pots, pans stove fridge.
Fitness room is a joke. Nothing in their.
I liked the friendly atmosphere and the extra little things like a Yoga class and the wine social. I also liked the open pool and spa setting inside on the main floor. The work out room was great, too. And there were reasonable restaurants nearby. The Rail Trail was close by , etc. The gas fireplace in the room was sweet. Oh yes, the sauna was especially nice after skiing. The kitchen was nice, too
Our room was on the main floor downstairs, facing the north with no sunlight but the sitting area out front made up for it in part. The location was fine but the immediate surrounds were parking lots for the most part.
The staff was very helpful. Loved our stay! Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Kids loved swimming in their pool. Their is a great restaurant across the street, Fuego's I highly recommend as well.
I like that the staff filled my special request to perfection.
