location staff was very helpful etc. Food was very good at Lulu's but.................................

it was much too noisy for us. I cannot see the need for music being so loud you cannot have a conversation with the person next to you.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. Our second room had a great view of the beach and park and the transition between rooms was easy. The location was interesting, and rather fun.

Our first room. Knew there was renovation but didn't realize we would be put in a room without the ability for fresh air. We had to complain, and wait a night, but then had a nice room. Oh, and it would be nice if the pool area was open a bit later. I was disappointed the first night, since there was no balcony and no outside common space to compensate. A few guests were disappointed.

Re-modeling noise,pool use was to be at another hotel Queen ? will not recommend thishotel for price. Told @ f/desk room looks over pool- wrong it faced a hotel very closeby.overpriced for what was received. Lesson learned. My friends were @another hotel & happy.

It's the best location in Waikiki, close to shops and restaurants, as well well, my favourite pub is in the hotel, it is also kid friendly. The Park Shore also has a pool, which many places do not.

During my stay, the Aprk Shore was undergoing extreme renovations, leaving the pool area in turmoil, with lots of loud noises and disruptions. I also did not get to stay in the suite I wanted because those rooms were being rennovated. (3Rd floor)

Great location at the end of the strip. Next to zoo and beach park.

Renovations were on going when we were there but they made additional accommodations with partnering hotels to make up for it.

The price was too high for the quality of the venue. The cleaners need to be more thorough. I thought philipinos were normaly good.

The staff, from front desk (Crystal) to housekeeping (Nilda) were incredible people. The room was immaculate. There was renovation going on in the building, but was not at all an intrusion. We loved every minute of our visit - for 16 days!

Nothing the hotel can do about it, but the homeless on the street could be rude and intimidating. They were especially loud and fighting with each other at night.

I stayed there in a suit for 3 nights and it was really good! It was 5 minute's drive to Diamond head and 15 minute's drive to Hanauma Bay. The room had a 270 degree sea view, and the beach was right across the street. It has Starbucks and stores downstairs. Also, the lulu's restaurant at 2nd floor was really nice. I had two cocktails there.

Only the price was a little high for a single person, but acceptable for a family.

The room was superb. We were told we were upgraded because we were "nice". I was with my daughter. Sunset views were perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We couldn't fault it. Lulus restaurant was great too.

Loud drunken people below at night. I just popped my earplugs in and it was fine.

Our room had a beautiful view of Diamondhead and the ocean. The room was clean and updated and staff was great. Location was good for us. We would likely use this hotel again.

Unfortunately, remodeling was going on and we were not able to use the balcony. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud.

Would have been nice to have been told that hotel was under construction before arriving, no discount on rate due to construction, needs a work out room, I know that there were people staying for under a $100.00 per night

Location was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Renovations at time we stayed made it hard to use the pool and the lobby was small due to the renovations.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and to the zoo. The zoo is not a bad smell. Interior modest. No cockroaches.

Near the hotel there live a lot of homeless people. Every evening they are activated. I do not advise anyone to live in this отеледо April 2013, because there is a repair. On the Elevator ride workers, all in white dust. Rooms are cleaned bad, lived 15 days, bed linen we have not changed any time. If the room with side views of the ocean, this means that in front of your window is the window of another hotel. The distance between the Windows on the contrary is very small. Also very noisy from conditioner working outside.

Upgradraded to a newly renovated two room suite. Convenint location for Waikiki nightlife and shopping. Freindly staff. Situated right across from the beach and balconies gave splendid sunset views.

Ongoing renovations during our stay but this will improve the conditions once finished.

The location is great and the room was good. The renovations mentioned below took away a lot from the enjoyment of the hotel but the staff did their very best and were great!

The place was in the process of a full scale renovation, which was not mentioned in the reservation and no price adjustment was given. First room assigned you could not even go outside to the balcony and people were working right outside the window. They changed the room to another tower, which had already been renovated and this rook was fine. However, the elevators were still largely tied up by workmen and the pool access was difficult and partly in the construction zone and the lobby was also undergoing renovations. It was not fair to have this level of renovation going on and not mention it or make a price adjustment to recognize the loss of enjoyment! On a lesser note, they charge for Wii (which was clearly stated in the rental agreement, so not complaining about this) but I think that, in this day and age, wifi should be in the rate and not charged extra. As a matter of principle, if I can find a suitable hotel that does not charge extra for WiFI, I will book it instead of one that does. You might like to poll your other members to see how they feel about this issue.

The view from my room was excellent . I stayed in a newly refurbished room so everything was good.

I really liked the location close to the beach and Waikiki ZOO.

As some of the floors were under reconstruction, it was very noisy during the day. Sometimes we have to wait even 10 minutes to catch an elevator because builders were using guests elevators too. Our room was on the corner of the 12th floor and it was terribly noisy in there (especially at night) because of the strong wind outside. Housekeeping didn't clean our room properly - everyday they only changed towels and emptied trash, nothing else.

Too many homeless people on the Main St. Turn off to touriststs. Too busy at that end. Parking is crazy(if you can park)The hotel needs an upgrade. The outlet in the bathroom did not work.
