Staff was amazing Close to beach, shops and zoo
Room was very small with no view at all. No public smoking area, had to go outside and across the street. Pool hours too limited. Some of us like to swim after sunset.
Excellent position in relation to beach, shopping, restaurants. Quiet at night. Stunning views for sunset. V friendly staff.
Beach front location
Unsure of where the good food places were
Location, free upgrade from partial ocean view to full ocean view. Clean, comfortable and compared to other hotels in the area, great value for money.

Staff very intimidating and extremely unfriendly. Had me in tears with their rudeness. They made you feel like scum and even giving touring advise was way beyond there so called work ethics. Hated it.
It was close to the beach.
The room was very small and the bathroom only one person could be in there at a time. It was suppose to be a Junior Suite however it was very small.
Really friendly staff even at 1am. Great coffee in rooms, good toiletries in shower, comfy beds, good sea views. Lulu's had good atmosphere, food and drink selection.
A bit far from everything else, but meant the views were nicer and an easy walk.
Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean and well maintained. Great view of Diamond Head and very convenient location.
Room was rather small.
Location, view, everything.
Location at end of Waikiki, close to ZOO park and beach. Parking at the hotel 25 usd per night, problem free staying. Restaurant in hotel available and in neighbourhood good other food opportunity. Nice view from balcony with "partly ocean view option"
Gap between bottom of room door and floor, what caused feeling strong air flow with opening balcony door (draft). For some people it can be a plus, but I don't like drafts at all.
We loved the location, we asked for views of the ocean and Diamond Head and got both in full glory. What a way to wake up. The other real positive was the staff. Everyone from front desk to domestic staff were genuine and friendly and did all they could to make our stay great. They succeeded.
Good for accessing beach and good views
Noise from next hotel,on last night meant we got hardly any sleep that night
Convenient to everything
I liked the pool and its surroundings, the ease of booking a shuttle to the Arizona Memorial and then to the airport for my return flight and they had a very good valet/concierge who was knowledgeable and friendly.
The room was smaller than I thought it would be. I had a late flight back to the mainland and they offered me a "hospitality room" which it turns out was not private. They had told me I could shower and lie down there, but I'm not the kind of person who takes a shower in a very small hotel room with other people in the same room, just outside the bathroom door.
size of room swimming pool view of beach from swimming pool.
The staff - on reception were not friendly or helpful - it was like we were an inconvience.
Everything they gave us a bottle of shampane and upgrade our room so we could have a beach veiw and that was for our anniversary
The homeless people that were out on main stripp. Wikiki realy needs to try to help those people before it start to drive away torist
Nice View that blue Waikiki beach exactly encounter me at ocean front room and easy to go to the center of Waikiki~
Room size is a bit small though
Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money. Would recommend to everyone and certainly stay again.
We liked the staff, Desiree and Violet and the valet men were so helpful. Especially Violet, she was very welcoming. Rooms clean and Japanese restaurant is a favorite. My sister was visiting. She enjoyed her stay and will stay there when she visits with her family again. We slept very well, convenient shopping and eateries. The block party and entertainment was a welcoming surprise for my sister's visit. Thank you!
The fabulous views, the wonderful, helpful staff and the great location. Being that it was at the end of the strip the views were unobstructed and one could easily drive in and out of the area without getting tied up in traffic.
I liked everything about the hotel although the bathrooms were small and there was no counter surface for toiletries.
Location is great. Central but quieter end of crazy Waikiki strip. Nice pool, comfy rooms and nearby eateries
On the high side $ wise
Location. Lovely balcony with view ( must book shore rooms)
Rooms have all the "flair" of motel rooms. Very simple and grey in grey. Not quite what I was expecting for the price I was paying.
The proximity and access to the beach, and the variety of eateries, shoppings and entertainments
the number of homeless people crowding out the sidewalks
This hotel was well located with everything at our fingertips. View of the ocean from our room on the 10th floor was great (Room 1017). Walk to the left of the elevator (where the ice machine is located) and we could see Diamond Head. Staff were welcoming. The little café adjoining the hotel was excellent. Great food. Would stay there again.
