The hotel was fantastic for our city break. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The room was lovely and comfortable with good air conditioning and the bathroom was very modern and clean with lovely toiletries and a powerful shower. |

An bellman who worked 8/14 (around 13:00) is excellent manner, and attitude. 8/13 I left room for dinner (19:00-21:00). Meantime someone came to my room to pick up rubbish. The person picked up even "not rubbish". It was a shopping bag I put traveling memories which is museum admission tab, Broadways brochures etc. Park South Hotel cleans room 2times a day??? |

The staff were friendly and helpful though they needed more staff at the front desk to avoid the long waits. The room was a generous size, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was quiet and the nearby restaurants and jazz club a plus. Location was good to the subway and for walking to see the city. The breakfast was diverse and good. Chuck (I think that is the correct name) was friendly, helpful about everything and could get a taxi in less than a blink. One person at the front desk meant that there was a wait for anything. A concierage would have been very helpful. |

Nice hotel, friendly personal. Clean room, quiet. 2 newspapers outside the door every weekday. Near to subway 6, many restuarants and small shops in the neighborhood. Maybe the room could have been a little bit bigger but this is New York. The breakfast room was not too big but I found a good place every morning. No scrambled eggs and beacon which are my favorites. |

Park South Hotel was in a good location especially for all the sightseeing buses in Manhattan. The staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. |

Hotel was lovely and in a great location for sightseeing and shopping. The complimentary continental breakfast was served between 7am – 11am and was constantly replenished, with a good choice. We had a twin queen bedded room which was spacious, bathroom on the small size but clean and functional. |

The location was great the rooms a good size. The internet worked fine- we could get on line and surf the web, but for some reason I could not download my email or send any emails, it wasn't just me, the people with me experienced the same situation |

We chose the hotel for its location and price. We were extremely pleased with our stay. We loved the soft beds and the fresh decor. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a small hotel and the rooms are small but they served our needs wonderfully. |

We enjoyed the location, close to the city and the subway. The breakfast was excellent. As it was rather warm, we found the heavy bed cover a nuisance. The light blanket was adequate, and there was no place to store the cover overnight except on the floor. We didn't like doing this, but had no choice. |

Loved the room, very cosy/comfy. The room was always clean which was nice. Breakfast is a huge plus - it goes on till 11am which is great for late birds. Saves a lot of money as food in nyc can get expensive if you are constantly eating out. Great staff, very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance to most things. Breakfast can get repetitive as it is the same everyday. Hotel is in an area nicknamed "curry hill" as it is full of indian restaurants and shops. I found that it was rather expensive for its small room. I was on my own so the size was ok for me but any more and it would have been overcrowded. Window view of brick walls which was a disapointment. |

I can only state positive things about Park South Hotel! The location is perfect, in midtown Manhattan very close to everything! Hotel employees are very kind and helpful. The room was always tidy and clean. Breakfast was very complete and included in room fare, |

The staff were absolutely polite and helpful. The hotel and the room was clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was pletiful. It is true that the room was tiny but not so uncomfortable. This is a very good hotel, definitely recommended! Our room was on the 2nd floor so it was a little bit noisy at night. |

The hotel is located about 3 mins walk from a subway station (28 Street)and a pharmacy. There are many restaurants (e.g. western (incl MacDonald), Chinese, Indian, Thai, Japanese etc) within 5 mins walk from the hotel. It's very convenient to go anywhere in Manhattan. There is also nice complimentary continental breakfast & free unlimited internet access in our room. We enjoyed the 10-nights stay. We tried to do video conferencing using our laptops but the bandwidth was too narrow. Hence there were delayed voice, images & resulting in slow video conferencing. |
