Staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful!
I couldn't find the ice machine, however the staff gladly brought me as much ice as I needed so that was a win! I felt bad making them do extra work that I could have done myself. Thanks again!!
We celebrated my best friend's bachelorette party in the city and stayed here. The hotel and staff were wonderful! The room was also perfect! I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurants close by. Subway at the doorstep. Inexpensive by NYC standards. Clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop bar.
Size of room.
Location in the city.
location safe and comfortable
Small room for two suitcases, returning problems with flushing of toilet, only cakes for breakfast.
Great location near the Subway, nice rooms, very comfy beds, some of the personell were very polite, quality orange juice for breakfast, got a discount because of problems with toilet.
Location and convenience. Staff was good.
Room, staff, facilities and location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous and location was perfect! We will most definitely be back!
No breakfast room, neighbourhoord (flatiron) not so tourist frriendly.
Beautiful decor, confortable and spacious rooms, near subway, super helpful and efficient staff.
Only negative was cutting breakfast off at 10am, but given that it had to be served in what appeared to be a modified lobby while the restaurant is being refurbished, I get it.
Best is that at this price you are usually in a closet-sized room, whereas I had a couple of queens, an ok sized bathroom and generally "room to move".
Not enough pressure in hand-held shower head, shallow sink.
Location near subway. Comfortable bed, well appointed room, plenty of light and outlets, big TV, breakfast and Wifi included.
Very misleading to the service I expected there.
We stayed early March at the hotel for 6 nights. Room are lovely decorated. Perfect location. Perfect Service. We will come back... Thank you
Hotel was going under some refurbishment phase, nothing that guests were to suffer about as clearly they aspire to enhance the entire facility Breakfast area was really small (in the lobby) and the complementary breakfast lacked variety!
Rooms looked exactly as the pictures from online channels Staff were really friendly and accommodating (Benji the doorman / bellboy was super helpful), my original booking was for a deluxe queen bedroom but since I was traveling with my 10 month old infant I was given a room with a double queen beds which wasn't really necessary since the room was already pre equipped with (Pack & Play) unit for my infant. I requested if we could get a room with a King bed and was upgraded instantly to even a bigger room!
Location. Service. The little extra and unexpected (free breakfast and the afternoon happy hour with free cheese and wine). Clean and modern rooms.
Great staff. Great location. Loved the free Wi-Fi. The beds are SO comfy. Pillows were amazing. Felt like taking one home.
Look forward to the lobby and restaurant upgrade.
Great variety of top rated eating options nearby, and reasonable walking distance to villages and sights of NYC. Very reasonably priced and luxe feel of King Room upgrade added to our NYC experience. Very friendly, helpful staff.
They're upgrading. Entrance feels cramped and the restaurant is out of commission.
Excellent service, excellent location. Room was very well appointed and very comfortable.
No coffee maker in room No fridge in room No ice machine anywhere No clothes drawers in room No bathtub, shower only Heating inconsistent, had to call to get fixed and then still finicky The lovely resto/jazz bar is gone--to make way for a high end Japanese resto next door...not what clients want...but am sure it will make more money for investors. Gym overheated
The hotel was in the middle of a major renovation of lobby and there was no resturant and the roof top was closed
The staff, and I mean everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and work to make my stay a memory.
Not told of major renovation before booking and the revamp of free breakfast to just simple bites with no seating arrangement
The staff good service and helpfulness. They did provide breakfast voucher after feedback that the free breakfast offered initially had been drastically reduced to just simple bites with no seating arrangement.
The renovations in the lobby were the only downside, and that a very little or no inconvenience.
The room was very comfortable, quiet and restful.
The hotel roof top bar was closed (for winter) - nothing on their website to indicate this. Nor that refurb work was being done on the hotel (lobby mainly - noise & mess).
