The location was very convenient. Within walking distance of Union Square and the main shopping area. Extremely unclean. Weird smells and noises throughout building. Infestation of cockroach type creatures and covered in bites from bed bugs after waking up each morning. Not even provided with a single bar of soap during our stay. |

The location is good and the free internet is a bonus. The rooms are dated, worn and a little scary... I'd only stay here again in absolute desparation. |

The location is very good. The less expensive in region. The staff is good. Without breakfast. The elevator is terrible! |

Within walking distance of attractions and public transportation stops, the Park Hotel is a great hotel to stay at in the city! Accommodations here are an incredible value for the price. |

Very friendly staff and very well located, for a fair price. The rooms are basic and relatively clean. Hotel offers basic amenities. A must for anyone who values location and price over luxury and wants to spend more time and money outside of the hotel. The elevator is super slow and there is some traffic noise on the street side (windows poorly isolated). Not enough ac/dc: to use electricity we had to disconnect either the tv, the lamp or the refrigerator. |

Nothing except location. This hotel was awful. I asked for a room facing away from the street. They gave me a room facing directly on a noisy street. The curtains did not cover the window In addition, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke and other unpleasant odors. I was worried about bedbugs. It's amazing to me that no one has bought this place and fixed it up. It's a fleabag hotel if there every was one. Two big thumbs down on this one. |

we booked a room with shared bathroom, but got one with inside bathroom. We booked for 2 nights, but decided to leave the city the second day. This was no problem, we got the refund when we checked out after 1 night. It was really noisy... , the bed was not really comfortable. |

It is an excellent value for this location in San Francisco. The employees are all very kind, smiling and helpful. The location of Park Hotel is ideal : right in downtown, walking distance from a lot of interesting neighborhoods, close by a lot of bars, restaurants, boutiques, etc., and Plus, the room we had didn't have a window on the main street, so it was quiet most of the time, the free wi-fi worked well and the room and bathroom were kept clean everyday ! The furnitures and the building are dated (but clean) and the bed wasn't really comfortable, but this hotel, overall, exceeded our expectations. |

Good location. Got an ensuite room for the price of a room with shared bathroom. Warning to Garmin GPS users: the Park Hotel in the North America NT-Map is another one but with the same name! No cheap parking around. A bit noisy because of a nightclub underneath (closes at 2am). Better to use earplugs. |

The only Good attribute of this hotel is that it is in a convenient part of town. This hotel is completely misrepresented online, the rooms do not look at all like photos and the smell of the rooms is terrible. |
