L'accueil, l'accès gratuit à internet. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée tous les jours, la douche sur le palier n'était pas propre, le radiateur dans la chambre était bruyant et dangereux. |

Localisation de l'hôtel (à deux pas d'Union square et de la porte de chinatown), propreté de la chambre, quartier plutôt tranquille Murs pas très épais, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir la nuit. Pas d'échantillon de savons dans la salle de bain. |

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier financier. Plusieurs restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Près du quartier chinois. Très sécuritaire. Assez bruyant: camion de pompier, voisins, circulation. L'ascenseur fait peur, prendre les marches, c'est plus sûr. Décor plutôt vieillot mais propre. Stationnement payant à proximité très cher: 30 $/nuit |

C'etait propre.L'emplacement en plein centre. Deux chambres etaient confirmees et nous avons du partager une chambre a deux lits. |

This hotel is really a very good value. Very centrally located (near Union Sq.), it offers a quality of accomodation and service that is unsual in this kind of hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate, go for it ! Because of the central location, it might be a bit noisy because of the road traffic. |

Convenience - nothing fancy but decent. The hotel provides only the basic needs, clean bed and an attached bathroom - don't expect fancy decorations, it more-or-less looks like the images on their websites. If your out to save money and want to be located right next to Union Square it is a good choice, but note: lot of noise. Extreme lack of sound insulation and wide gap under the door to the hotel rooms make it near impossible to have any privacy and silence. I stayed in a room facing the street and would not have been able to sleep if I did not have ear plugs with me. I was slightly unlucky my first night as they were trimming the trees right outside. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and shower was old but did the job with plenty of hot water. Fridge was great to have and WiFi was amazingly fast and free.. Smell of cigarette smoking in staircase, but not a real problem. Mentioned to manager and he will do something about it. |

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and were the best part of our stay. The room was fine and provided the facilities we needed. The hotel feels a bit more like a hostel than a hotel and is quite basic; however, rooms are available at a reasonable rate and it has a great location in the centre of the city. The free wi-fi was really useful. We enjoyed our stay overall but just be aware that some of the hotel "guests" are actually residents and it doesn't offer some services you may expect to receive in a hotel, for instance there was not a daily housekeeping service, telephones are not provided and the tv channel availability is limited. |

The friendly staff was very accommodating and the price was great for the location. Although our room was non-smoking, smoking was allowed in some rooms and you could smell it a little bit when walking on different floors. |

The rooms were made daily, which is a pleasant surprise. Very central location, perfect if you're into shopping. Helpful staff, pretty comfortable beds. Good hot water supply. Free wireless access in room. The area can be quite noisy, be prepared to bring earplugs for sleeping at night. The elevator is the very old-school style, a bit tricky when getting in and out with luggage. Not enough electrical outlets. |
