Very outdated. No hairdryer. Clean but not in good shape.
Bed and bathroom were clean.
Couch was disgusting. Place was rundown in general.
A good experience overall; first time staying at Parkway. Reasonable distance from major attractions
I did not like my stay at all. The staff was very rude and the room was a disaster. I will never go back go this hotel again. Very disappointed
Everything , other than the location !!
It's value for money hotel, hotel location is perfect for anyone visiting the university.
The motel manager is very very rude and has no respect for the customers. He actually abused me in Indian language, he yelled at me because my flight was delayed and I reached hotel only in the morning (8:00AM) instead of my scheduled time of (1:00AM) I wonder what he would have done if I reached at my correct time 1 am in the night.
That it was close to the stadium.
Service was poor. Staff was very rude. We stayed 2 nights and when staff came in to clean did not recieve fresh towels. some weird guy walkwd by chexking to see if any door was unlocked.
This place was absolutely horrible. Plus i got questioned about the number of people staying in one room because a friend gave me a ride there. I only stayed because their hotel was booked. Plus i got grief for trying to pay with more than one transaction, because we were trying to split the cost. If you dont like people mumbling obscenities in a different language then this place isn't for you! And absolutrly filthy. Refused to give me a copy of the booking info. Booked me in room next to owner to count People i think. And walked out any time i walked out of room to ask me if i needed help. Crazy
Not recommended. The Indian staffs are so rude that they laughed at my last name when I check in, and complain about my english accent make them confused. They also called me in the morning and shouted in the phone about having an extra cup in my room and doubted that I was having visitors here which is prohibited. And The wifi is so poor, insects are everywhere either.
Well our door that we stayed in was broken, the bolt did not work to lock in from the inside. There were pictures of a pool and the "pool" was just part of the Landscaping. Grass grown in it.
Clerk at check in rude. Beds Poor, need replacing. Door lock did not work, only chain was secure, used chair for support. Whole motel needs updating to meet what the pictures show or better. Will Not Recommend!!
Front desk people were friendly Bed was fairly comfortable
AC was unplugged when we went into the room Mold around tub Moderately clean Location
Had no kitchen and furniture was awful.
It is close to the AT&T stadium.
the door was so hard to open that I almost fell twice trying to get it open. there was no maid service had to go ask for towels twice while there for two nights. attendants were hard to understand
Location was close to our destination.
Room was overall bad, staff made sure to warn us they weren't responsible for thief of items left in car, paid for 2 nights, only stayed for one. Didn't feel safe at all.
The staff at the front desk was so mean, and not in the mood of helping their customer
Day staff was great. Clean and quite place to stay. Value was great, especially booking on short notice. Great central location for our adventures. Yes, I would stay again.
Miscommunication by the motel clerk as to the number of beds per room. Spoke with him while I was booking online at about 2:30 am. I had a question about a handicap room. When I received my conformation online, both rooms were for a single bed. I called Parkway Inn right back, spoke with the same gentleman who assured me I had booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room at that price. Found out on check in, was not so. The female clerk took care of the problem. There was a small difference for the extra bed in each room, which was the same had I booked the rooms correctly.
The location to where we needed to be was perfect.
No bathroom trash can.
rooms were clean
they need new pillows
Lady receptionist was very friendly and recommended a very good Mexican restaurant and gave excellent directions. Nice and quiet!
Man receptionist rude when we checked in at 2 pm instead of waiting until the estimated arrival time of 3 pm.
Location to AT&T stadium
Motel was built for the 80s with limited service.
Quiet area, close to university
A bit old needs some updates, no coffee in rooms
Very near to UTA, Beirut cafe ( halal food) right across the street, gas station starbucks taco bell pizza hut, hookah bars was close by too. Rooms got good space, and the area was too calm.
Motel needs maintenance, furniture needs to be changed.
The place is good, comfortable and close to the UTA.
When I asked to receptionist (woman) some information about the city (supermarket, Arlington map, etc.) she only answered me "I don't know". I mean, it's not a big deal, but I think she could have been more helpful (in that moment I didn't have a cell phone or computer).
