Location was great! Staff was awesome! The cookies in the evening were a nice treat! We will stay there again anytime!
I loved everything!
The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy! They offer free hot breakfast with waffles biscuits and gravy, omelets...the whole shebang. They have popcorn and cookies in the lobby.
The only thing I could even remotely come close to saying something negative about is the elevator narrator. The elevators are super fast but her voice "third floor" sounds like Gilbert Godfrey! LOL Really this hotel is just wonderful! Going back for sure!
Breakfast was good each morning and that was surprising given it was busy weekend for the city.
It was difficult utilizing the WIFI
Only bad part was the Parkin gargae acces. Had to walk outside to get back to the hotel.
THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND THE AMENITIES WERE FABULOUS.
THE PARKING GARAGE WAS TIGHT.
Super friendly staff, fast elevators, excellent breakfast, decent shower head and soft water. Free hot choc. Or coffee 24/7.
Only matters in artic conditions but the hotel only lacks and entrance from the parking garage in to the hotel.
Most everything was good to excellent EXCEPT housekeeping.
Housekeeping was very weak in performing their duties. Management have issues they need to address here. Maybe supervisor inspections would make them more efficient.
So convenient, and reasonably priced.
Close to Barnes Jewish hospital. Everyone was very friendly and got a king size bed at reasonable price,
Heat wouldn't shut off at set temperature. Got hot in room, had to turn on air to cool room down. Had to pay for parking.
This hotel is connected to the Barnes Hospital by a walkway on the third floor making it very easy access. I would highly recommend for any needing to go to Barnes.
Outside only access to parking garage.
No benches or chairs for smokers in designated smoking area.
There isn't enough words to express how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was wonderful....I mean everyone that we came across was wonderful. Demi works the front desk and she was so welcoming and helpful. My daughter was ill and I went down to the front to get her a sprite but they were out and she went out of her way to go to the staff lounge located in the basement to bring me up a sprite. They have a free shuttle to anywhere within a 5 mile radius, free breakfast, two waters and two snacks waiting for you in your room and the hotel connects to the hospital via a sky walk that you get to located on the 3rd floor. They have wonderful fresh baked cookies and popcorn in the evening and parking is only $5 a day! Just a wonderful place to stay.
There was nothing to dislike
Proximity to Barnes Hospital Quiet Barnes transportation picked us up at 5:30 am for my surgery. My husband did not need to get our belongings out until he saw me out of surgery.
No complaints at all.
Staff is wonderful!!
Good location for transport links and (good) local restaurants. Nice big comfy bed. Free Cookies and Popcorn!
Plastic cutlery/ plates at breakfast. Difficult AC controls.
TV kept going in and out of service and the internet after the first day could not connect the rest of the stay was disaapointed by that.
Location and ease of getting to and out of hotel. For someone who hates to drive in a large city,I found getting to your hotel rather easy. Will seriously consider staying with you again in the future.
I stayed at this hotel while I was at a conference. The rate was comparable to several other hotels, but the Parkway has advantages: - free hot breakfast buffet - free Wi-Fi - free hot cookies and popcorn - free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles - Great location near a Metro stop, Forest Park and the restaurant district on Euclid I saved easily $50 in cab fare thanks to that free shuttle. I can't leave out the terrific staff. Every single person I dealt with at their front desk was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Several of them went out of their way to help me and find information for me. Next time I'm in St. Louis, I will be staying at the Parkway Hotel.
Only two small complaints. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was barely usable. Also my room looked out directly into the parking garage. It really didn't matter though since I wasn't expecting a view.
The whole vibe of Parkway Hotel was great. We all loved the way the staff were very professional & helpful. The rooms were spacious & beds very comfortable.
Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was yummy and everyone on staff is friendly. Was charged more for room than the booking.com price. And a surprise $50 fee that will be refunded after 5-7 days.
The surprise $50 charge for room.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, beautiful bathroom, I loved the huge mirror, and the fact that Apple Bees restaurant was inside the hotel was definitely a plus.
I didn't like that parking was an additional $5.00 a night. The parking garage is owned by the hospital next door. I think the hotel should include the parking fees into the amount for the room per night, instead of telling their customers once they get there about the additional cost.
Parking garage access, staff, lack of luggage carts, not a location to leisure walk for shopping or eating.
A very nice hotel, a lovely stop-over
The view from the bedroom was the multi-story car park 10ft away
Ideal location for our visit. Staff accommodating and hospitable. Popcorn and cookies nightly were a treat.
