The appointments and to be honest, everything about this hotel is such a high level of design, I found it inspiring decoratively. The staff were so pleasent and helpful I would not think twice about another visit.
The rooms are small.....but the quality of their appointments made up for ghe size.
Lovely quite room on the third floor - the shower was great and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. Good location near some nice restaurants.
The breakfast was okay
The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooftop bar seems to be "THE" place in town at sunset. Good "bar food" there also. Staff was friendly. Our room was large and very comfortable.
The hotel location is very so so. It's kind of a hike to downtown, although there did not seem to be much going on there anyway.
Bed Roof terrace bar
When traveling cleanliness is my number one concern with any hotel I'm staying at. Thankfully the Parq was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect for checking out downtown venues.
Loved the fact that once I told them I was planning something special for the evening for my husband that went above and beyond to help. I was upgraded to a suite and the setting was enhanced by the staff to make it very special.
The mattress was extremely hard for me! I had a tough time sleeping as I could not get comfortable but it was not due to noise or anything other than firmness of the mattress. If I stayed again I would ask about possible softer options.
Everything about it.
Not a thing.
Great hotel with a fantastic rooftop deck for a casual drink and watching the sunset.
The building is unique and the rooms charming. The staff couldn't have been more friendly.
Location staff. Staff staff. Clean quiet. This is a more expensive hotel bit worth every cent. My hat off to such a great staff.
Staff very helpful
Surrounding neighborhood a bit dicey
Historical aspects of property Location in central Albuquerque Serene modern colors and decor Friendly responsive staff
Very comfortable and clean hotel, centrally located, delicious breakfast.
The airport shuttle service ends at 10:30 pm, which was a problem for those arriving on a late flight.
The front office staff and the quality of the building and decor.
The breakfast staff were slightly off the pace compared to the rest of the lovely experience.
The mixture of style and comfort. Attention to detail.
That I had to pay for my breakfast latte at the buffet. Tacky. Also that I had to leave :-) Fab hotel!
The ambiance was nice and the room was clean
Food was overpriced. Drinks were overpriced. Room was overpriced. Paid for romance package: strawberries/champagne delivered late and were not good. Could not enjoy the sunset up on the fourth floor due to overcrowding and rowdiness. Was told we were upgraded to a "deluxe" room but if that was a deluxe room, I'd hate to see what a standard room is. Overall experience for what we paid was poor but I gave a fair rating to be nice. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.
The modern interior was a nice play against the storied history of the building. I loved the niches throughout with mementos of the old hospital. Had an amazing drink at the Apothecary Lounge as the sun set. Beautiful grounds and even a delicious breakfast! We'll be returning soon!
Our room was under the bar and there was much noise from the roof, but it ended by 0100, or so.
Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, nice outdoor courtyard.
The rooms are a bit small.
A really neat and pretty facility with an excellent staffn
Location, cleanliness, breakfast, history, comfort.
Nothing not to like here.
Everybody was friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate. My only concern was the price.
Our stay was very comfortable and everyone was friendly. The breakfasts were quite good as well. We had a lovely stay.
We stayed for three nights and the first night was in a handicapped room. It turns out that the shower head was too short for my tall husband so we changed rooms.
Beautiful facility Amazing rooftop bar
The whole thing was charming. New, well-done, clean, and very friendly staff. Rooms were great, and the roof-top patio is wonderful. Drinks were a heavy pour, and the the food sure looked good (never made it back in time to try it).
I'm GF, so it was yogurt and fruit at breakfast for me, but not horrible for Albuquerque.
Rooftop bar...the employees we met....breakfast.......shuttle service...
