Suite is suit for family travel; kitchen and DVD player is also suit for family; location is closed to super market so it is convenient to buy supplies
Room is not sound proof enough. No sink for kitchen. No blue ray DVD player so I cannot play some movie I rent from redbox
Close to amenities right beside Walgreens and restaurants. Secluded resort with lots of trees and greenery.
A little bit of a jaunt to downtown. Need to take a taxi or rent a scooter. Had the water view room with 2 bedrooms so there were lots of stairs that we needed to get very heavy luggage up!
A Wonderful place to stay! Clean and Georgous! Will stay again!
Parking was challenging
The staff was so friendly, gave us suggestions on restaurants and activities. There was happy hour every night with 2 for 1 specials. The room was gorgeous and we especially liked the lanai on the back with our own "beach"! Great pools and internet worked great! We would definitely stay at Parrot Key again!
We liked everything. A shuttle to Duval Street would be nice.
spacious rooms, great patios, very nice athomsphere
Definitely worth it. It's not as good as Westin or marriot, but it's nearly half priced. So if u have a tight budget, I would recommend it.
Location, Internet speed.
The room was very pretty and clean. My favorite part of the resort is the beautiful tropical landscaping. The plants were lush and well-tended. This made up for the location.
I didn't love the location next door to Walgreens and across from a strip mall (although the Walgreens ended up coming in handy). I was unfamiliar with the area when I booked. It worked out fine, but I think the price was high for this location. Also, desk staff were not overly friendly, but were accommodating with requests when asked.
Loved the look of the room and ambiance. Was comfortable. Loved the front door entrance and a back door with a porch.
Not enough setting in the room. Should have more chairs on the porch. Someone who had the room before us smoked on the porch and put their cigarette in the plant. It was smoldering when we checked into the room. Non smoking facility.
Nice hotel! I really enjoy the trip in key west! Better location, but It a little far from downtown.
Cable and Wifi didn't work most of the time.
It was in the keys, the facility is maintained nicly outside.
My room was never cleaned. I was totally dissappointed when I went out at noon, to return to my room at 930 pm and it was not touched. dirty towels on the floor, garbage in the trash cans, and the beds were not made. Totally unhappy.
Nice hotel with 4 pools. Quiet. May low season ?
Wifi was slow and tv channels didn´t work. Refrigerator was broken and too small.
There's so much character in this hotel and it really surprise our group how beautiful this resort was when we first arrived! I look forward to next year!
The serene surroundings, the three smaller pools. We chose the one with the bar and pool side service. Dean, our server was a lot of fun and made our day very enjoyable!
Parking is a little limited. But a bell captain graciously took care of our luggage so it really wasn't a problem.
Location and nice standard of room
Weather was cool and rainy!
+Size of the 2 rooms svit +The pool area with heated pools +service
-pls stop using the resort fees (25 usd per night) -/+ if you have small children all the stairs/floors might be an issue but on the other side you have great privacy in case some get up early or stay up late
4 different heated pools, comfortable rooms with large tv, chilled out atmosphere and about a $7-8 dollar taxi into Duval St.
Mainly the 18% gratuity that was included on everything you ordered at the bar/ breakfast area.ive no problem tipping but want the decision on the amount to rest with me alone. Culminating in being charged $7:50 for a hot chocolate.( it wasn't on the menu but was available to order) That price was ridiculous.also when we rented bikes from the hotel they had no lights, no bell and had a single speed gearing which you have to pedal backwards to break. Not very good especially for somebody not used to cycling.
The room was big and comfortable, the staff were helpful and the four pools felt like they were in a jungle.
We were given a room by the front and there was rubbish truck and delivery/collection noise all night, which was extremely loud. The blinds also don't provide much protection from all the lights outside.
Waterfront room with garden is very good.
The speaker in my room was broken. That's rediculous.
We enjoyed being just a short drive from Old Town, yet away from the night action noise. Our garden porch was wonderful for morning coffee and a bedtime nightcap. The room was clean, well-maintained, and with a true Key West feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The main problem here is inadequate parking for guests. Even in the off-season, many of us had to use the adjacent Walgreen's parking lot and hike over to our rooms. What was the architect thinking?!
Everthing was excellent, especially the stuff was very friendly and attentive! We really enjoyed our stay and would definetely book this Hotel again!!!
+ setup of the resort + staff is helpful and friendly + interior is friendly and has some kind of Caribbean design + kids are welcome + birds on the beach in front of the waterfront rooms + pools are nice and they were either heated or the water did not yet have the chance to cool down + staff is constantly busy cleaning and repairing things
- booking a room with ocean view, there is no table in the room or outside the room (apparently they do not want you to have your breakfast or a late night drink sitting on your terrace - although this is the first that comes into your mind if you see this) - it is pretty far from downtown ... best option to go there is by bike (18 bucks/day), a taxi (28 bucks return) or your car (4 bucks/hour in the Westin garage) - no reasonable breakfast option - no matter what booking.com told you the price would be: it's gonna be roughly 30 bucks more for some weird tax or fee - the beds are extremely soft and smaller persons might need climbing gear to get into them (if you like that it's not gonna be a problem for you) - fridge is minimum size ( actually they don't want you to really keep stuff in there) - considering the package: overpriced ... probably also because it is on Key West
Restaurant costs high
no beach access. after paying premium for room they tacked on a $28 "resort fee"...for what?
The Design Comfortable rooms Clean and fresh bathrooms Nice terrace with a little beach:) Perfect pools with nice service
