Room was small and weird. Big windows in the bathroom?? Just not much of a Hotel for the price.
Close enough to Busch Stadium to walk.
we stay here every time we are in St louis, it's close to the ballpark, motel has the best breakfast, staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Room was clean but I wish windows could be opened in the room. Smelled a bit stale.
Rooms were large and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Loved the shuttle back and forth to the Scotttrade center. We will stay again.
Our room was the first room right by the elevator, the noise at night when trying to get to sleep wasn't a great experience. Also the water wasn't very hot on the first day but was better on the 2nd. They had free wifi, but had bad connectivity the last day and a half so you couldn't use it well at all.
Free breakfast was nice. Also parking was free as well too. Staff was friendly and always catered when needed fresh towels and room tidied. Overall good experience with hotel and staff.
Could not get the fan to stay on in the room to drown out noise so could hear the elevator dig off and on in the night. But we did not call to see if it was something we were doing wrong, we were to tired.
Staff friendly and helpful, elevator was fast, room was clean and comfortable, overall nice hotel. shower was awesome. Nice view of the city. We were on the 7th floor.
One staff member very rude
Most Staff very nice
I didn't think there wasn't enough room around the enterence to maneuver a big vehicle to the parking garage.
Places of interest was close by.
No commissary and not really any convenience stores within easy walking distance.
Walking distance to Union Station, Scottrade Center and MetroLink. Hot breakfast and free parking.
clean, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast, good people
bed was very comfortable. all staff were very friendly and willing to assist on small requests.
The coffee machine did not work. The architectural design of the bathroom was simply terrible! The view of the back side rooms (which was mine also) was poor.
Most of the things were just as expected
The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was extremely friendly. Loved free Wifi and free parking! Location ++++
Making my own waffles wasn't turning out good kept getting stuck to the iron skillet
Hot breakfast in the morning and the whirlpool
The attached restaurant and all of the extra perks. The staff was great!
Cleanliness of room. Looked like it was just remodeled. Bathroom was very clean with good caulking.
Shower took forever to get hot water
Nice staff. Good breakfast
We stayed on the 10th floor and really appreciated the view. They really played it up by having one whole wall in the room as a window. That included the bathroom too which I think was kind of cool but others might think was strange. The whole thing had a curtain that could be closed of course.
It was raining and temps were in the upper 30's. There was no place at all to smoke indoors.
There was a nice little park outside the front entrance where we were allowed to smoke.
front desk help was awesome very helpful with directions around town etc.highly recommend this location
No complaints :)
We usually stay at the Drury, but decided to try the Pear Tree as it was a little less on the wallet. Staff was very helpful and so nice! First time in that area and staff answered all of our questions. Food was good and hotel was very clean. Although they didn't have the evening "meal" like the Drury, we had plans and would have missed it anyway. Overall a great place to stay!
The friendliness and cleanliness and location
pillows breakfast noise level (but it was a holiday weekend)
pool gym staff popcorn free evening drink cable channel selection bed location
We thought everything was great!
The pool and hot tub were nice. The free beer and snacks and breakfast was awesome too.
WENT TO RESTURANT AROUND 10 FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.. BREAKFAST BAR WAS NOT STOCKED AND HAD TO WAIT FOR IT TO RESTOCKED. HAVING THE WAFFLE MAKER IN ONE ROOM AND THE REST IN THE OTHER WAS ODD. WOULD HAVE PERFERED ALL TOGETHER.
CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AREA AND WHAT WE WERE WANTNG TO DO
