La ubicación, la distribución de las habitaciones y la vista desde las ventanas/balcon. El departamento es muy luminoso y cómodo Falta algo de mantenimiento, se ve que tuvo algun tema de humedad y el techo del hall de entrada está algo aglobado y en el living y uno de los dormitorios el piso hinchado

L'appartameto è in una situazone disastrosa. Vecchio con le muffe alla pareti infissi che non chiudono e porte dei bagni che non si chiudono. L'appartamento era sporchisimo. Ci siamo scambiati con la proprieta un 30 mail di protesta. L'aria condizionata non funzionante. L'appartamento è risultato abitabile solo dopo 3 pulizie. è vergognoso affittare un appartamento a quello condizioni. Mi ammo rovinato la vacanza.

la vue c tout mais rien d'autre Cet hotel n'existe pas !!! en fait ce sont des particulier qui possèdent des appartements dans l'hotel Alexander. Quand vous arrivez à l'accueil on vous demande votre n° de chambre ??? ensuite on vous explique que l'hotel ne vous connait pas ainsi que les proriétaires de l'appartement. Il a fallut appeler personellement booking ( qui n'était pas au courant ?!) qui nous a balladé pendant 30 mm en nous demandant de donner 400 $ en cash ???? enfin après avoir fait du bruit une personne est arrivé 30 mm après pour nous donner les clefs d'un appartement grand mais complétement défraichi et il a fallu encore raler pour l'accès à la piscine, mer... etc surtout à eviter quand on voit le prix aller au motel le plus proche !!

The resort pools and layout Not a good ocean veiw,extremely noisey due to the location of the suite,not able to relax on the terrace due to street noise,so far from coffee shops, shopping, no night life, pool closed at night,resturants at the hotel extremely expensive and not worth the money.
