Everything about this hotel is perfect. One of the only Hotels right on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. First class place. The rooms are really amazing.

Great Location, Sea View rooms very big, the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Right on the beach, beach beds are supplied. Staff very friendly and happy to assist whenever needed. Lovely clean hotel.

Breakfast were set meals and price, sometimes only wanted a small breakfast but if you did not want something on the set breakfast, you still had to pay the full price, but food very good. The restaurant was nice but again think a bit overpriced.

The resort is very nice when you walk in and the view from the room and top off the roof of resort was wonderful. the Rocking charis on the porch overlooking the beach is a nice touch.

The food was not very good at all. We had to go next door to the Sun tower resort to get good food. The pool and lazy river was cold and not heated. No Jacuzzi for a young honeymoon couple.

Ashley was very generous due to a booking error. I was delighted she took care of us to make our stay comfortable. However, I was disappointed in food and food service all the way around. We had dinner at the grill, room service in the morning then a mid morning breakfast. Not one time did I think the food was worth returning for. Not pleased with service either. It appears your servers have no traing in the positions they hold. Mang over seeing the food services needs to pay more attention. This place has the potential of being a five star top notch restaurant except for the lack in the food service department. Ashley at the front desk is the best thing u having going for your establishment.

Great location

The location of the hotel was great. Being steps away from the beach was just amazing. The rooms were clean and the views from the hotel were great.

There were little details that I noticed that are being over looked. The closet door did not close properly, the fan in the bathroom made a very loud noise, the door stopper was not attached properly, and the balcony door-way was very dusty and dirty. I was not happy with the pool/beach staff service at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort. I was on the beach and I needed a towel and there were none available at the desk down by the beach. I asked person “A”, person “A” sent me to ask person “B”. Person “B” didn’t have a radio and asked me to go ask person “C”. Person “C” told me to go up to the pool. By that point I was a little upset that on my vacation I was walking up and down the beach asking for a towel that should be ready for the guest. The Resort offers small fruit snacks by the pool and beach area. This I thought was a very nice gesture but found it strange to see the pool.beachstaff eating out of the tray everytime they walked by it.

Clean, friendly, comfortable.

Lack of wireless Internet in the rooms was really an issue. Also, cell phones don't work in the lobby...not as big an issue but so annoying when you had to go to the lobby to use an IPad or tablet and then couldn't use your phone. Beach directly in front of the hotel is very small.

Good facilities and service

The beach is too thin as the hotel was built almmost over the sea so allways there is high tide there is no beach.

Staff was excellent especially alex at the concierge and front desk staff

They let the children into the lounge....which i'm opposed to..children and alcohol shouldn't mix...they also let them come in barefoot, with wet bathing suits..there was a fresh popcorn machine in there and the stream of children was endless and very disturbing..this occurred during happy hour(s) and is highly inappropriate...we were actually shocked and their own parents didn't care..someone from the hotel should be posted at the door to curb this and should remove the popcorn machine to the lobby or another location...other than that the food was excellent...we will go again but not to the lounge area until this is rectified...thanks

Interior Style, Beach position.

room spacious, view wonderful, clean, very beautiful. front desk staff not so helpful. info. was not readily avail. I needed to ask questions, where pool was, gym etc. called spa and left message for massage no return call.

Snyggt hotell i kolonialstil. Fick ett fantastiskt rum med havsutsikt.

Utmärkt hotell, finns inga anmärkningar

Piscina riscaldata e lazy river con i ciambelloni. Vista dalla camera sull'oceano. Camera spaziosa. Veranda con sedie a dondolo sull'oceano.

Fuori dall'albergo non c'è assolutamente nulla... La wi fi c'è soltanto nella hall (uno scandalo...). Valet parking caro. Colazione, pranzo e cena cari. Spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e asciugamani, ma dal primo pomeriggio è in ombra a causa dell'hotel stesso. L'accesso dalla spiaggia può avvenire solo da una discesa (la più lontana) perché la scala centrale è crollata (e mi sa da tanto...).

L'hotela besion de renovation et les equipements sont desuets pour le prix de la chambre standard ( $ 400.00 la nuit ) : pas de pegnoire une tele des annees 80, le wifi payant le stationnement A $ 28 avec service lent comme PÂS possible. rien A comparer avec le W et le weston et soutout le marriot beach.
