α) Κάποια άτομα από το προσωπικό είναι απαράδεκτα! Για παράδειγμα, είναι πολύ απογοητευτικό με το που φτάνεις ταλαιπωρημένος να σε "υποδέχεται" στην ρεσεψιόν μια αδιάφορη και αγενής υπάλληλος που μασάει τσίχλα σαν...β) Τα δωμάτια δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην περιγραφή τους στο διαδίκτυο( μικρά κρεβάτια, μικρότερη έκταση) και δίνουν μια αίσθηση βρωμιάς, γ) Πρόσβαση στο internet πολύ ακριβή.

I loved location !!! Very friendly and helpful staff.

But because of the oldness of hotel building (90 years) rooms look a bit dirty.

Almost everything. The style of the rooms. The staff´s approach. Not right information about how to use hotel facilities .

It's a nice place to sleep when you are doing a weekend trip to NYC.

The place hasn't been worked in some time. The paint is coming off the walls and things need to be replaced. And they need to give you more pillows. Everything else is nice but it's starting to look really old.

Having to check out on the computer in room.Was promised a receipt by e-mail -not received-not happy about that.Could I please have a receipt.

This place was a complete dump.The carpets were old and sticky,The Air condition made loud noise.There was dust build up next to the tv stand like it had not been cleaned in quite so time and the shower head did not work properly

The Hotel is situated very central in Midtown Manhattan.

Brilliant position for shopping and sightseeing and perfectly placed for Penn Station if you want to go further afield by Amtrak.

My room was small with dirty curtains and paintwork, had an ill fitting window which made the room drafty and leaking taps (faucets).

The hotels location on Manhattan, was very close to communications and stores

Colors of furniture, looked rather old/unmodern.
