I loved location !!! Very friendly and helpful staff. But because of the oldness of hotel building (90 years) rooms look a bit dirty. |

It's a nice place to sleep when you are doing a weekend trip to NYC. The place hasn't been worked in some time. The paint is coming off the walls and things need to be replaced. And they need to give you more pillows. Everything else is nice but it's starting to look really old. |

This is the worst Hotel I've ever been to. I've been to hotels all over the world and this is the worst by far. The room is terrible, it smelled terrible and the furniture is so old and not clean. At the same time it is not like so cheap, with 170usd per night. I know it is not much for NY but this is really the opposite of value for money. |

The location was good. I had a clean (but obviously old) room. If you book early you can get good price for this ok, 2 stars hotel. Unfortunatelly I payed too mutch :-( The beds are too short. The king size bed was 190 cm long?!?! |

Brilliant position for shopping and sightseeing and perfectly placed for Penn Station if you want to go further afield by Amtrak. My room was small with dirty curtains and paintwork, had an ill fitting window which made the room drafty and leaking taps (faucets). |
