location I felt like I was in an episode of the Hotel Tower of Terror at Disney World. The furnishings were old and outdated, as well as the bathrooms. No decor on the hall walls, the room was dirty as well as curtains with black dirt etc on them, and could hardly see out the window. The setup for "free breakfast" was ridiculous, no system whatsoever, very overcrowded room with people bumping into one another in a very small, hot room. The restaurant upon entering the hotel on the right was outrageously priced for what looked like a dive. Walked in and right back out.

excellent location. My room was designated "superior.' Instead, the bathtub was ancient, badly marked, used a stopper with a chain, door was all banged up, moldings on floor all over were in terrible shape.. it was ghastly. But i was only there for one night, arrived too early to check in and put my luggage in storage and when i returned at 4 pm, had to rush out again so did not have time to do anything. staff that booked me in NEVER should have booked this room for me. Staff in morning were very apologetic. they gave me a late checkout which is what i needed but i think more could have been done.

Location across the Street from Madison Square Garden. Room was dirty. Hotel did not have me in system. fortunately they had guest traveling with me. Reserved 2 beds, reservation was only 1.

The best thing about this hotel is it's blocks from TimeSquare, and major shopping area. The hotel iteself is old. It needs a serious remodel like yesterday.

Location The rooms were old and outdated and dirty. Floors/carpeting disgusting. Bathrooms yuk! Furniture old and nasty. Bathroom mirror falling off wall. Had to be moved due to terrible smell in the first room. Very disappointed! Discusse with other occupants and they felt the same way.

The location was the ONLY good thing about this place. As a business traveler who goes all over the world and expects high prices in a city like NY, I was still shocked at the rudeness of the staff and the Dingy excuse for a room you received for the price. Everything but the location! Staff was rude (except in the baggage check and one front desk guy who was great), rooms were old and dingy, cost did not equal comfort.

Location Poor value for money. Have stayed in hotels in 70+ countries, this is the first time I've ever had to pay to leave luggage for a few hours. Decor of rooms is shabby. Length of time to check in - insufficient staff and poor systems.

Good location The reception desk is beautiful but the rooms are quite old And Dark, hydraulic And electrical instalations does not work correctly. Its staff is not friendly, but Very unpolite And has no patience. The breakfast is horrible And you are supposed to Pay a good cash for a Very slow Wi-fi connection. Double bed is too small.

I like just its location. It was very dirty. Officers were not friendly. There was no hair dryer and refrigerator in the room. If you ask hair dryer, they bring it. The refrigerator is also an extra money.

The hotel is in New York and as such the price offered for a room is competitively priced, however the room is clean though the paint is old the bathroom dated cieling paint peeling. The feeling that the room has a neglected feel, old and tired close to being down graded to a old back packer hotel.
