The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very centric, walking distant. Train Stations were also acessable.

Rooms needs updating. I reserved a double room and got one double bed.

Great central location.

Breakfast a little limited e.g. no fruit on 2 occations.

Not clean at all, staff at the front desk with bad attitude, noisy room.

i booked 2 rooms. one was exellent and the second was very unconftabl. there is a problem with openning the window. but fresh air is very needed. in general we where very happy.

The modest (for New York) price was fine. But there are much better hotels at a similar rate that offer a better overnight experience.The location is fine but this is a noisy bustling area and hasn't much to offer beyond the bfact it's very handy for Penn Station.

The rooms are shabby and the bathoom facilities are needing serious attention. Chipped furniture and very tired rugs make the rooms look uninviting. Lighting is poor giving the room a dreary feel. A very large cockroach was perched on the shampoo container in the bathroom. No one at the desk seemed surprised when I told them. Towels and sheets are of very poor quality. The lobby is noisy and cheerless. I would not stay here again even if the rate was very good. It's just not a pleasant experience.Also the noise from adjoining rooms is very annoying. Definitely not again.

It is well located to get around Manhattan and the other boroughs. The room was clean but old. We had a comfortable ten days there.

The staff was awesome.... Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in NYC

It was a large motel per say... Needs remodeling.... Rooms were small.... Facets were leaking.... Carpets need cleaning.... There was no pool.... The continental breakfast was horrible....

Not able to use my cell phone in the room because there was no cell service [towers].

Not for you if you're a neat freak. But perfect if you like to party.

Good, centralized location.

The hotel was run down and smelled. The paint was shipping off the walls. The bed and blankets and carpet smelled. There was almost no sound insulation between rooms. It was almost like the "Overlook Hotel," or one of those skanky SRO's. It doesn't look that way on the outside. I was disappointed. I had to throw the pillow I brought with me away after I stayed there. I would not recommend the place.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel in a good location for shopping and touring

The breakfast that you paid extra for could be a whole lot more choice, two times only one wash cloth was left for two people showering (had to go and get a couple off of cart ourselfs). Toilets are to low and small

Location was excellent Express check out available...but have yet to find out if it works..and how expeditiously the deposit taken from my credit card on check in, for incidentals if used, was returned, as no expenses were incurred.

Dripping shower ALmost no hot water in the shower; yet there was in te nearby basin!

room was small. no coffee maker in room. laundry machines not available in hotel. gym facility is small.

The staff was nice and helpful ,clean good location. The price was a little high but in a safe place
