Perushotelli. Ilmastointi toimi, huone siistittiin hyvin joka päivä, ala-aulan kahvilasta sai näppärästi aamukahvin / -teen. Hotelli on aivan Maddison Squer Gardenia ja Penn Stationin metroasemaa vastapäätä, Central Parkiin kävelee noin 45-55 minuutissa. Pitkät jonot receptioniin. Sisäänkirjautuessa hotelli varaa ylimääräisen 40$/yö visatililtä. Tästä ei kerrottu mitään (myöhemmin infolaput ilmestyivät vastaanottoon) ja jouduin ikävään tilanteeseen kun visani meni yli ja jouduin selvittelemään asiaan... ulos kirjautuessa ylimääräinen varaus kyllä palautettiin tilille. |

Hyvä sijainti. Erinomainen ilmastointi. Huone sopivan kokoinen.Turvallinen Aamiainen oli suomalaiselle maulle huono.Oli vain makeata leipää, pullaa.Emme käyttäneet aamiaispalvelua vaikka maksoimme.Jonotos respassa uskomaton, meni toista tuntia jonossa saada huone. |

hotelli sijaitsee todella hyvällä paikalla ja silti löytyi edullinen huone. penn station, empire state building naapurissa, times square parin min. kävelymatkan päässä. naapurihuoneen juhlinta kuului kuin tyhjää, mutta ei onneksi kestänyt kauan. myös tupakansavu tuntui tulevan seinän läpi. |

the very helpfulness of the staff and the location of the hotel to the shops the fact that we had been up 22hr prior to booking in and then had to wait in a queue for nearly 40 minutes before getting book in and recieving our key. |

Cafeteria was good (staff there polite, service-oriented, food was hot and good), room was made up . Always hv to queue at front desk though. Luggage room inconvenient. Location and taxi wonderfully convenient no internet facility in the room. Cld do with some renovation to the room (esp teh bathroom and the door) and the corridor to make it brighter and cheerful |

The location was the only thing going for this hotel-across the street from Madison Sq Gardens so good if going to an event there Very dirty - room was not cleaned and I checked in at 8 pm! Also charged 4.00 per bag to check on the day of check out. Front desk staff not attentive at check in. |

I loved the buzz in the hotel, which made me feel safe. I loved its location, so close to Macys and other big department stores. No. Just maybe check in takes a little longer than one would expect |

the loction of the hotel was brillant great for all the shops and the room where good sizes and clean thoughtout the stay it was quite noisey if u have a room at the front from the subways and tea and coffee facilly what have been nice but this hotel didnt have them |

The location was good. There was always a lot of people checking-in and out of the hotel. On Saturday there was a convention going on at LL and the restrooms where terrible. |

The location was excellent and the only staff with a personality belonged to the lovely gentlemen working in the lower lobby luggage hold. The front desk staff were rude, disinterested and very bored. No frienndliness at all. No greetings from anyone, not even the man sitting near the elevators. Our room had loose plaster peeling from the walls that had obviously been left sitting in a pile on the floor for a very long time, Internet did not work in room as advertised and we were charged $13.62 for a call that did not even connect.The bathroom had big chunks of paint peeling off the ceiling , cracks in the basin and chunks of enamel missing from the bathtub. |

Great location, super to get an upgrade that included a fridge in the room. It was meant to be a non-smoking room, but the linen stank of cigarettes. I had the windows open all weekend to air the room. |

Bag storage. Proximity to station and NYC landmarks. Bed was far too small for my wife and myself. Pillows were too thin and and we only had three, when we needed 5 or 6. This caused me to have little or no sleep. |

The location and the connections around the city and to the airport. Good rate for the room with private bathroom. Looked old and not beeing taken care of. Windows in the room were almost impossible to see throu. |
