Location, staff, room
No free WiFi
Location. Being able to check out and leave luggage and car for the day for a reasonable price.
Room was hot but we were able to open the windows.
Location is fab lobby very festive for Xmas season Big rooms and helpfull staff
Dated rooms that were cold .and drab and long lines for check out.No coffee/tea falicities in room
Staff were helpful and friendly took time to explain and give you directions. Nice people.
No free wifii it said when you book online free wifii .It was clean and comfortable but a little old.for me .
Everything else apart from the location, was old and rundown and dirty. The hotel needs a serious set of renovations. Wifi was real expensive and slow
Lady at the reception could not find my booking (21-22 Nov). She suggested me to go and find MacDonalds with Wi-Fi so I could check my booking again - despite it was 1am in the night.
Proximity to Times Square
The run down appearance of the halls (carpets were threadbare, discolored, really bad) and paints peeling off the door to the rooms.
staff not customer oriented, dirty room, booking problem !!
very friendly staff
first night was freezing cold / no possibillity of heating in room for second night we has extra blankets brought up
Cleanliness, value for the money
I liked the location, we could walk to almost anywhere. The breakfast was allright, although I think they could had pancakes to it.
The price is high for the type of hotel, one only pays for the location. The bathroom is quite small and the air conditioning didn't work very well
The room was very cozy and the hotel was in the prime location. For such a busy street I barely heard any noise from my room. Near so many great food places Overall Great stay
Houskeeping comes around 9/10 everyday. If check out is at noon, they should arrive after check out. Bath tub over filled with something black. Tile was loose or off in bathroom
It was horibble, everythinng!!from the belboy till the rooms that was really far from being clean.
got bitten by budbug, also had roaches in the bathroom.
location and since you're not in New York to sleep we could live with the old worn down rooms
unfriendliness of a certain Said at check out counter..he should get a life seriously ..
run down in every way; broken cabinets, soiled carpeting, curtains covered with dirty hand marks, alarms hanging from ceilings...
Location was excellent couldn't have asked for more
We were charged more than expected which I wouldn't have minded if the should wasn't hanging off the wall and cold! The room was dirty with blood on the curtains. The breakfast was appalling and the staff were extremely rude to us when we tried to bring these up I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and was left extremely disappointed and upset over the experiance.
It is very convenient to be located directly across the street from penn station
Very out of date. Bathrooms are atleast 40 years old. Staff not so nice.
Bed, shower, carpeting, staff, etc
The location is amazing. However the hotel requires a bit of a makeover. The plaster was peeling off in the room and it seemed like it had seen some good days in the past and has just got stuck in a time warp. The service is slow but that's largely because it is so busy with people checking in and out. My stay was Comfortable and convenient but not spectacular.
Room I was in was awful...Toilet needs to be updated
The location the location is top notch
This hotel has a great location going for it however, the rooms are the worst I have EVER seen. Live in nyc but was doing a get away staycation cause my apartment is being renovated.
The hotel rooms and corridors are dirty, dark and smells bad. Go there if you you are alone and need a hotel just to sleep. Slow and useless non-free widi. The hotel needs refurbishment.
Disgusting filthy rooms with poor service and a who cares attitude. Carpet was so nasty and old I was afraid to walk on it barefooted. Changed rooms three times after finding bloody prints on the Bathroom door. Had to pay for an upgrade to get a room that did not have filthy bedding. This was scary
