Room wasnt too clean
The lobby was very inviting. beautifully decorated. accomodating for seating.
Our room 1731, view was very good. But the paint, plaster, was in really bad condition.Bathroom sink was propped up with different legs, refrigerator on the floor.
The old feel to the hotel
My room was dirty
The location was excellent - convenient to everything we were there to see and do.
The rooms are sorely in need of updating. There was mold in the bathroom and the furniture was chipped and scarred.
The best part of the staff was the kind gentleman in the baggage storage. He was so kind. The rest of the staff seemed rude and tired of people.
The room was still a mess from the previous guest hours after our check-in.
Location was perfect.
Room was very basic.needs updating.
the location is amazing. Its close to everywhere right next to Penn station. The cleaning staff is very friendly and they keep the towels and beds quite clean.
old rooms. The beds were very old uncomfortable and noisy. Every time you turn you hear it screech. The bathroom was old as well but it was ok.
The location was the only good thing about this place.
The room was very small, the carpet was so old, stained and disgusting, the bathroom sink was corroded and breaking apart and the shower had green mold by the ceiling. I'll stop there. For a place that makes a bunch of money they should uplift the place.
Vintage doors? Awesome. Vintage bathroom? Complete with filthy grout and original dirt? No thanks.
The staff was very friendly& helpful. The bellboys gave excellent service.
The hotel needs to update there rooms. The carpets were worn , and the mattress wasn' t too comfortable. The furnishings were shabby. The pillows were flat.. Had to request 2 more. The towels were not soft.. Very scratchy. Also, the picture on the wall, had cracked glass. The lobby was very nice.. We were disappointed in the outdated room.
Location for Madison Square Garden couldn't be more perfect.
No hot water/tea/coffee maker in room.
Cold, old, smelly, unfriendly - and spammers
The room, the temperature control didn't work, the room was freezing in December, handicap shower, bed was lumpy.
its the worst hotel ive ever saw in my life its dirty not comfortable i cant imagine my self doin it another time
The only thing was the nice lady that made sure that we had a non smoking room. The rest it is NOT good at all.
the services, the rooms, the noises, the smell, the poor service in the morning...
location is good
No free wifi
Shower had no water pressure, tub had cracks in it. Was scared to drink the tap water. Staff didn't help me with my booking problem.
1. The delay at the front desk checking in and out. 2. Bed,dirty carpet in the room, 3, breakfast never served.
Room did not smell, bed was adequate
dirty room, worn carpet, toilet didn't work
The location to Penn Station. The size of the room
The room was dirty. There was stuff on the floor around and behind the end tables. The paint was peeling. The carpet was old, dingy, and filthy.
location cheap rooms (for NYC) spacious lobby area cleanliness
old-fashioned corridors and rooms expensive business center (for printing for example) poor WIFI connection
