location is very convenient and people were kind

everything is too old...

It's perfectly located, just a few blocks from time square and in front of the madison square garden and Penn Station.

The Hotel is old and has the signal of years, so the rugs has spots and the walls needs paint. But it's compensated with the excellent location.

the business center was on point and let me do what I needed to do and then some

staff was not on point and surely not happy but they helped when needed only if you were rude to them in the end booking was slow

Location is great, just in front of Pennsylvania Station, close to subway, walking distance from Times Square and most of New York's main attractions.

Staff service is not good, they are not friendly or accessible at all, internet access is quite expensive. My room was in a zone where internet was limited, was charged 15 usd per day and I couldn't use it, told the staff about the problem and was told they were going to take it off the bill, of course they did not and charged me 30 usd for a serivce I did not use.

The fact that the room was frozen and heat didn't work ! The fact that the corridor and room doors are in bad conditions, looks like the hotel is "abandoned" The steep price of internet in the business center and the wifi in rooms

They overcharged us by $15 per night- it was supposed to be $199/night and it averaged at $215/night at a non-refundable rate small ants in bathroom shower head was not working and very painful -reported and not fixed Breakfast room is chaotic and not organized for the amount of people staying in the hotel - no coffee for first half an hour.

Everything was great!! Would have liked breakfast included.

I paid $51 to park my car overnight and it took me over 45 minutes waiting for it to come a couple of blocks from where they park it. The front door men were fabulous and mad the wait more bearable.....

No heat, Requested ice bucket,extra pillows, extra blankets. took 3 requests to get them. Only 1 wash cloth for 2 people, had to request extra.

The fact that the room price was not what I had been told when I made the reservations at least a month ahead of time (Please check the date I made the reservation). Additionally, the check out bill announced a cost increase each night of the 4 weeknights. The price I had been told at the time and date of reservation was far less than the final bill. That is difficult for a retired teacher who has a fixed income.

The location was great and it was the best thing about the hotel. It really was a short walk away from everything! Luckily, we spent minimal time in the room.

When we went to check in we were not greeted, in fact, they didnt even smile! That was a bit off putting, but it was royal treatment compared to the service we recieved at check-out. The staff, especially the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional essentially throughout the trip.The price is significantly cheaper than other places in the vicinity...that difference shows up in service, room appearance, and overall comfort. Spend a little more and spring for a better room!

Extra charges for everything Breakfast Incompetent & unfriendly staff

The hotel indicated that Booking.com had over booked the rooms, despite arriving at 10:30 in the evening, we had to wait for 2 hours for a room and then required to move the following day. Most staff during the 2 hour delay were extremely unhelpful.

Excellent location - across the street from Pen. Station and MSG and a short walkto the theatre district.

Hotel is very old, with very small rooms. We had problems with both the water pressure and in getting hot water.

Location is great and best.

Really old hotel, felt uncomfortable in it.

Staff support as great, especially TV repair-replacment,, and response for lamp and pillows.
