Полгода назад отель меня вполне устраивал. Сейчас персонал ведет себя по-хамски; не говоря о том, что у меня не работал фен и по комнате летали насекомые. Грязная ванна. Я просила номер для курящих и уточняла это, когда бронировала. Мне пришлось ждать два дня, прежде чем меня наконец поселили в номер для курящих. Единственный большой плюс отеля - это его местонахождение. Десять минут пешком до Таймс сквер, один блок до почты. |

Расположение отеля. В этой гостинице нужно срочно делать ремонт. Уборщицы не пользуются пылесосом. Пыль в номере клубами. Персонал на ресепшен очень медленный и не торопятся помочь в разрешении возникших проблем. |

I loved the buzz in the hotel, which made me feel safe. I loved its location, so close to Macys and other big department stores. No. Just maybe check in takes a little longer than one would expect |

the loction of the hotel was brillant great for all the shops and the room where good sizes and clean thoughtout the stay it was quite noisey if u have a room at the front from the subways and tea and coffee facilly what have been nice but this hotel didnt have them |

The location was good. There was always a lot of people checking-in and out of the hotel. On Saturday there was a convention going on at LL and the restrooms where terrible. |

The location was excellent and the only staff with a personality belonged to the lovely gentlemen working in the lower lobby luggage hold. The front desk staff were rude, disinterested and very bored. No frienndliness at all. No greetings from anyone, not even the man sitting near the elevators. Our room had loose plaster peeling from the walls that had obviously been left sitting in a pile on the floor for a very long time, Internet did not work in room as advertised and we were charged $13.62 for a call that did not even connect.The bathroom had big chunks of paint peeling off the ceiling , cracks in the basin and chunks of enamel missing from the bathtub. |

Great location, super to get an upgrade that included a fridge in the room. It was meant to be a non-smoking room, but the linen stank of cigarettes. I had the windows open all weekend to air the room. |

Bag storage. Proximity to station and NYC landmarks. Bed was far too small for my wife and myself. Pillows were too thin and and we only had three, when we needed 5 or 6. This caused me to have little or no sleep. |

The location and the connections around the city and to the airport. Good rate for the room with private bathroom. Looked old and not beeing taken care of. Windows in the room were almost impossible to see throu. |

the location is excelent they ask for a deposit that it would be returnable at the end if I wouldn't make extra charges, I decided to leave it in cash (80$) despite if I did it with credit card was less (40$), but what it happened at the end was that the total bill was more than the reservation because of the taxes, so they took the 80$ of deposit, I think it was too much |

The location was good. The reception staff were not very nice or helpful. The room was unbelievably small, sparse and really dull. In my opinion the hotel did not represent value for money, despite the location. We actually changed hotels after our first night there because the room was so small and dismal and yet we were paying a fortune. To be fair, I have stayed in this hotel before and had a much more pleasant experience but after this time I will not be taking the chance again. |

The location was on the spot & my husband & I had no problem travelling around be it by walking or by sub. The check in was very inefficient & we were queueing for almost an hour after a long flight from Singapore! |

Central location, next to the subway, Shops, Restaurants, easy access to sight seeings by feet, we asked the reception desk to have a room at the upper level & front (face to Madison Square Garden) and they did their best to satisfy our request by giving us the 1714A room which is just the perfect "spot", the information tourist desk of the hotel is so helpful |

The location was almost perfect, right in front of Madison square garden, great access to buses and subway.Was near to some attractions.There was not much noise.Confy room.They got an information center that could help us. The time to check in and check out was awful, the beds were not so comfortable, they seem a bit old,the cleaning was not perfect.the conditions of the room were not perfect, the windows were damaged and we could not close them. No free WiFi in the bedroom |

Staff was nice and professionally well skilled. Location was excellent in the heart of the city. Room was cleaned daily. A bit old facilities. In the night time the talk and sounds from rooms next to us and from corridor could be well heard. |

On arrival I asked a member of your staff where the restrooms were he shrugged his shoulders and in a less than polite tone answered "I dunno ask someone who is not me!!" totally unhelpful and rather offensive. Your check in was far too long, and again members of your staff were speaking in their own languages in front of customers at the check in desk. Nobody seemed to be in charge, did not see one manager welcoming guests and for the price you charge for a room, the size of a closet, I think it is the least you could do. All in all with regret I would not be recommending your hotel to anyone in the future. Location is not everything. |

Very well located, elevator system very fast in spite of the big size of this hotel, there are many elevators. We booked a corporate room (they call it Penn 5000 Club sector) that entitled us to a free lounge last floor with free internet and moderately nice breakfast. The luggage storage works fine. Rooms should be renovated (Specially the bathroom. I stayed in a "corporate" room and still it was somewhat old; -I can imagine the non-corporate to be worse. Only the two upper floors are corporate). Sometimes the line in the lobby was too long. And now a very bad thig: no in-room WiFi, paid or free. No WiFi in the corporate lounge either.To get WiFi one has to go down to the lobby. The corporate lounge computers are blocked for voip like Skype. The worse in this hotel is the hot water system: While bathing, you must set a scape route from the water: it goes from freezing into boiling each 10 seconds. Very uncomfortable. |
