Breakfast was great and I didn't have no problem check in early everyone was very friendly and our house keeper was great the room smell fresh thank you for everything

We ended up moving to the front building which I guess has been redone because we never saw bugs again! The location is perfect, its in downtown so you can walk everywhere, and its close enough to the beach for a short drive!

We booked a single queen room which started out nice but we saw three bugs in our room when we returned in the evening so we were moved from the back building's 1st floor to the front building's 3rd floor.

Convenient location for my work, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was large and comfortable.

A little bit run down in a few spots-peeling paint in bathroom kind of thing, but extremely adaquate for my purposes. Bathroom very small.

It was an old motel, needed updated, tile in bathroom had dirty grout, dirty grout around the tub. Overall, Needed updated over all the room.

The staff could not have been friendlier upon my arrival. That's a first impression that other places needlessly screw up, but this hotel has an excellent front desk. Smooth check-in, the room was clean, it was pretty much exactly what I needed and expected. The location is great - a short walk or drive to historical sites and entertainment. Sure, it's an older hotel, but the rooms have clearly been upgraded as best they can. They're not gonna smell like fresh cut roses, let's not kid ourselves. But mine was certainly clean. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, hot shower. You can always find nit-picky ways to knock a budget-friendly hotel, but you have to remember there's a reason you chose to stay there. I think shower/toilet/bathroom issues are legit in some cases, but (for whatever reason) people probably make up stuff about bugs and dirty clothes. I didn't spot so much as a moth or a ladybug in my room. Great place - I'll be staying there again next time I'm in town.

The shower head is situated to rinse off someone who's between 5'2" and 5'6", but it wasn't a deal breaker. The air was a frigid blast if you're sitting at the desk getting work done. But again, you know these things are possible - not the end of the world.

The location was excellent for the Historic District of Pensacola and the price was reasonable.

The room could have been a little nicer. I think these rooms have not been upgraded in quite a while.

They did give us a discount for the complaints we made about the air conditioner and the bed.

This place was horrible. The air conditioner was either too hot or too cold. The bed was awful and uncomfortable. Room not very clean. Bathroom door would not shut. The light switch at the outer sink worked the light and fan in the bathroom as well. This ment that the fan noise was always loud and running which interfered with conversation. Bathroom floor and tile not very clean and the spout on the tub was loose. Would not stay here again.

Location & quietness

I did not like the age of the rooms. There was a musky smell & decaying sheetrock

The location was great. We were able to walk downtown and see the sights.

The lights outside were very bright during the night and the pillows were not soft. It made for a difficult time sleeping.

It was cheap.

They didn't mention that I was in the ghetto.

the bar was too close to the hotel, when we came back to our hotel Saturday night around 9 there was a crowd outside of the bar so they could smoke it was impossible to get a parking place anywhere near where we would enter the elevator to get to our room. I know some people might like this arrangement but we are not drinkers and do not care to be around that atmosphere

Convenient location

Noise level is very high. People partying in parking lot till early morning (Tuesday night stay), train whistles and sirens thru the night. Mattress was very soft. 1" gap under entry door lets creepy crawlers in.

Rezeption bei der Ankunft ok!

Bei der Abreise leider ein sehr inkompetenter Rezeptionist, der mir vorerst nicht den Booking.comtarif geben wollte. Erst nach etwas schaerferer Gangart meinerseits war dies moeglich.

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum historischen Zentrum, das bereits hinter dem Hotel beginnt.
