Beds weren't as good as Springhill Suites.

The pool area for kids seemed to bethe best in tgethe area that we saw.

Very family friendly, lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. Excellent service, super friendly staff. Fantastic pool area. Very nice ocean view.

didn't care for certain guests who had their whole party camped in the hot tub all weekend. since the weather was cool there was no where else for other vacationers to hang out. Not the fault of the hotel though :)

I loved the fact that the hotel was located beach front, and that the beach was fully accessible.

I despised the fact that the staff choose not make me aware of any of the hotels programs or highlights. I had to find out through another visiting parent that their was an activities director for the children for play around the property and beach. NO BREAKFAST!

I loved where your located on the beach. Your staff was friendly.

There was a fowl smell on the fifth floor. When we went down for bresfast my husband had a coffe I asked for a diet coke. The diet coke was awful. Your staff tried to make it two different times. It still was just bad. We have stayed with you guys a lot in the past. This time it just felt off.

The facility and the grounds were awesome!

I was there to run a half marathon and I needed a 30 minute extension on my check out so I could change clothes after the race. There was no one that could authorize a late check out on the three shifts I spoke to. The person at 5:30 A.M. on the day of the half marathon told me I would have to call back at 7:00! The race started at 7:00. We pack everything and loaded our car before the race! It doesn't matter how nice the facility and grounds were this is what I will remember!

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They made us feel very welcomed.

The hotel restaurant service was horrible and the food was okay. It should be better since there isn't a lot of options close by.

everythig what a wonderfull place at first was a little upset couldnt check in untill 4pm but then when we got there i realised its because they cater to your eveery need above and beyond expectations

Restaurant food was not a good value for what I paid.

There was a great view of the ocean and there were lots of room in the hotel. I was happy that the room was clean and very comfortable.

The outside pool was very cold and there were too many teenagers hogging the hot tubs.

Loved the oceanfront room and the location of the resort.

It is a nice place. However, deceiving. The rooms lack in several ways. We paid 30.00 less at Panama City Beach Holiday Inn Resort and received much more for our money.

We booked the room and upon booking it said we would be given a choice of room upon arrival. We were given no choice. The room was half the size , much smaller tv, the furnishings were very lacking than that of the Holiday Inn Resort at Panama City Beach. The water pressure was very weak. The hot water took a full 4 minutes to get to the faucet. We demanded a refund and left !
