The price would good for the location.
Says has fee WiFi everywhere but always asked for a password to even sign onto wifi.
Front desk both evening and morning were friendly and helpful. Excellent staff.
The place was perfect.
Nothing was that good.
The hotel was old. The tv was hard to turn on. The price was higher than others around the area. We had prebooked expecting Motel 6 to be one of the better priced hotels in the area. Would not recommend this hotel.
The guy at the front desk is very personable
Burnholes in the comforter. Floor was black
The room was smelly, filthy and full of bugs. We didn't stay but 3 minutes. A quick inspection of the bed revealed bed bugs scurrying into the pillow. We got our money back and they admitted that there were problems with the bugs.
staff was very friendly offered extra towels blankets and pillows which was very nice and I have never had someone offer us extra stuff when we checked in before
booked online with booking.com for a non smoking room when I got there because there was a group of people that had came prior to me checking in my room was given to one of them and I was given a smoking room which smelled like smoke I did not think that it was fair that I had booked online prior to arriving several days before arriving and I had my room given to someone that showed up that evening to book a room.
I liked the fact that I was out of the cold. Nothing else about the room made me happy.
The floor was uneven to walk on (laminate) has humps TV was old CRT Toilet not elongated Curtains allow too much light in Window rattled loudly if the a/c unit came on next door Back stairs pose a trip hazard (not to code)
no coffee service items in room
Very creepy area, lots of door slamming all night and felt very uneasy traveling alone. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Check in desk was a bit put off that my booking confirmation was not in her possession. No hair dryer, shampoo or other items that have become standard.
Room smelled like urine!
The staff were very helpful and nice.
The bathroom shower had mold all around the edges of the door and the floor. The tile was very dirty. The floor was covered in dust and under the edges of the bed there was lots of dirt, animal hair and dust. The worst part was I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed something move on me like an ant but when I crushed it there was a large spot of blood around it. It was a bed bug........nasty. The maids need to do a better job cleaning the rooms.
Fairly easy access to I-10 Very affordable pet friendly- I traveled with 2 pets plenty of parking
Slim pickins for grassy areas for pet potty breaks bed was awful. Sloped down tremendously in the middle SO HUMID in the room. Ac unit sounded like a lawnmower
Cheap place to say about 10 mins from the beach
Needs updated badly, very old and outdated!
Staff was wonderful, pool was clean, parking was good.
Guest broke out window next to me, next morning another location got in a fist fight and cops was called, lady out in thin pajamas walking her dogs, sink was cracked, carpet was stained and needed stretched, shower stall head was not connected properly to wall and leaked
Housekeepers very friendly; pet friendly rooms; but rooms very compact.
Trouble with elderly front desk clerk. She elected not to charge for my fiancé to stay in the room, however, she refused her pool access. All the while we were staying under a vip guest certificate due to repeated problems at the Motel 6 in Valdosta Georgia. However, the manager at that motel was available to us and sought us out to rectify the situation. The Pensacola motel didn't have a manager on site and we never had the chance to discuss the problem with anyone. Shame on Motel 6!!!!
The dirty sheets. The bugs. The broken shower, the gross sheets. The room smell.
Water pressure in the shower
No refrigerator, No drawers, No iron or board, No Coffee Maker, No shampoo.
When you close the door and a sticker is there that says "for your safety please lock deadbolt and latch there is a problem.. The rooms were very small and smelled strongly of bleach...the air didn't cool the room completely so we were all hot thru the night. Had I to do it over again I would have paid 20 more bucks for a better hotel!!
The a/c wasn't the coldest.
I liked that every time we got back, things were clean. The beds were comfortable as well.
I was disappointed to not find a mini fridge, though not surprised. Location was awkward. It's right outside the bad part of town, but next to a bunch of new car lots.
I had a reservation for 2 nights and was supposed to check in at 3 pm and I had drove all night to get to there and was very tired and was able to check in earlier so I could get some rest.
There was nothing in the room as far as coffee pot, hair dryer micro wave.
location, near airport, very convienently...
boxspring had stains on it...towels had hair attached to it...twels were very old...no shower gel/shampoo in bathroom...
Room was clean and look nice was happy will stay again.
The entrace needs up dating a little and employees do not need to stand out front and smoke by the entrance. That will make some people not think it is a decent place!
