I liked that it was downtown and easy to find.

None of the room keys they gave me worked, I always had to ask the front desk to let me in the room I paid for, and they would not give me a discount.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Close to the waterfront and clost to good restrurants

Placed looked too run down for the cost. Bath tub looked dirty and some dirt and mold around where bath tub meets the shower wall. No safe box in the room

Internet was good and parking was good. Location was fair.

This hotel charges too much for what it is. The main restaurant is closed, the view from my room was of the air conditioning units even though the hotel was not full. The breakfast charge was over priced and the location in an empty city was too much. Just because it is a Sheraton does not make it worth the money. It was by far least favorote Sheraton that I have ever stayed at. The city of Peoria was as dead as dead could be, except for the Irish Fest that weekend. So I'd say look for another place to stay.

Close to riverfront shuttle to and from riverfront

Breakfast Buffett was very expensive most hotels have better free breakfasts

The hotel was clean, convenient location

Dining at the restaurant was expensive for the menu selection, beds were uncomfortable, we were not told that a hold would be put on our card.

Quick response to getting me a new room when the door of the original door didn't work. The bed was great in room 511

The facilities could use a facelift/update. The lobby elevators are slow. doors to room make you feel like your at a dirt cheap motel.
