The staff were fantastic, realistic with all quotes they gave us for taxi destinations and always helpful. They answered any questions we had and were very prompt in dealing with any queries we had. I would have liked a safe in the room, but having said that, for the price we paid, the room was excellent and the service was extremely professional and prompt. |

Very nice swimming pool Restaurant for the breakfast was extremely dirty. We had to clean our own table in order to eat for very poor continental breakfast. |

The hotel was great! From the moment I pulled up, I was impressed with the style of the hotel. I proceeded to the front desk and was greeted with great service from the hotel staff. I quickly got my hotel key and got to my room. I was very pleased with the room. The cleanliness, the style, everything. I stayed for four days and I will definitly be staying at Hotel Pepper Tree again soon! |

Nice, cozy and clean hotel not so far away from the city centre. Our King Studio was well equipped and quiet. Supermarket in front of hotel. Strongly recommended for those who look for economic and nice hotel in Anaheim. |

I appreciated the posibility of having a complimentary breakfast at a nearby restraurant. The swimming pool is nice too. I would like the hotel even better if the jaccuzi will be available there and if the rooms would not be so noisy. |

The location was good. Close to grocery store, department store and public transportaion. I was told when I booked this hotel that it had a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland, when I got there I was told no. That was one thing that was a must when I booked this. That put an inconvience on our trip. |

The staff was excellent...they helped us with directions and printing our theme park tickets and ideas of fun things to do. They were very friendly and accomodating! It was very nice to have a full kitchen plus breakfast. Even thought we had a full kitchen and a grocery store across the street it would be nice to have ice and vending machines in the hotel. |

L'hotel propose des appartements idéaux pour des vacances avec sa famille. En effet, une cuisine ainsi que deux salles d'eau permettent un confort "maison", important pour un certain équilibre que l'on voudrait lorsque l'on est avec ses enfants. De plus, les parcs d'attraction ne sont qu'à quelques kilomètres. |

Ruime kamers. Goede keuken in kamer. Schoon. Vriendelijk personeel Het ontbijt werd in een restaurant naast het hotel gegeven. Het restaurant liet te wensen over. Borden waren beslist niet schoon. Vond het echter niet storend genoeg om hierover te klagen en omdat wij een keuken in onze kamer hadden, hebben wij de rest van onze verblijf op de kamer ontbeten. |
