Good location, nice size of the room

Wi fi was not working at all, bath could be renovated but the worse is that we booked months ago and considered it paid, but were unpleasantly surprised when asked to pay- we travel a usa tour of 5 weeks and it's important to know and plan budget which is difficult if they don't inform you about payment if the hotel.

your staff was very friendly

the floors are dangerous and the bathroom tub too small even to shower in comfort. the signage out front cannot be seen from the street and could be considered dangerous.

The staff always friendly and helpful . Location was wonderful for Disney.

The whole place needs a make over. Everything was tired and shabby looking.although clean enough . The pool was desperate for a refurbishment. Also the walls are paper thin and we could hear what was even being said in the next room! Breakfast. Was poor .

Is a good place to stay went you don't have another option .of the dis eland hotel are sold out. Even the pool was good I have a chance to be by my self on it and I was good...I really enjoy and my kids too.

The room was huge. The hotel in general and the rooms have some delicate retro feeling and are beautiful and comfortable. They accept cats (though with a $100 fee per trip).

There was some litter on our floor (a napkin and an ear stick). The rest of the floor was clean, so perhaps our cat extracted this litter from somewhere under the bed or elsewhere where they didn't clean at all, but it was still unpleasant.

room was on bottom floor and think rm rate for that rm should have been less then reg garden rate,there was no veiw only a wall.

Lack of daily wifi access at no cost to client. No restaurant Asked for two days to have tv repaired. Maid service only on last day of stay. Lobby uninviting. No lounge

I loved everything about our stay especially excellent friendly service.

Great location for Disney theme parks. Kitchen in the room is very comfortable if you have a 5 years old kid.

Its came with full kitchen facilities which is family oriented approach. Friendly & efficient staff.

I liked how close to Disneyland it was and that there was a stove and couch in the room it made it very cozy feeling.

I did not like the blanket and bet set. I had an allergic reaction to there blankets and had to run to get some benadrill at like 1 in the morning, the place could have also been a bit cleaner like the bathroom.

I really loved the feel this hotel had, and the beds were so comfortable.

The fact that the porch light didnt turn off.

i do not know if it's because of cleaning or not, but one of the sofa stained my jacket because i believe there is some kind of chemical on it and didn't dry off. ruined my favorite jacket

Not enough cups and plates etc No information in the rooms regarding places to visit and when we asked the receptionist they did'nt seem to know much about the area

Staff was nice and very helpful, Room was clean and location was close to attractions, gyms, entertainment, and groceries.

Pool was only warm for the first day. We stayed 8 days, pool was suppose to be heated but was cold most of the stay.

Great! Close to Disneyland, shopping outlet at Orange and easy drive to O.c beaches. $3 breakfast was really good and worth the money. Kitchen in room was a bonus for those early nights and saving money from eating out. Supermarket across the road.

Nothing big but the clock in the room ticked loudly so had to take battery out!

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Both staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, I love the style of the hotel and our room, and the value for the money is incredible. We also had the all you can eat breakfast and were blown away at how delicious it was for only $3 per person. I really enjoyed my stay, will very likely stay again, and will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
