Having a kitchen
Clean and comfortable
Staff, room, service ,comfort all excellent!
The spacious room.
It was strange to come back to my room, having put my do not disturb sign on my door , to find my room cleaned. It was just odd. Love the hotel, only complaint.
location and facility
the patio and restaurant across the park lot was about the only good thing.
The room smelled bad, the patio had a fountain that would not turn off so it was extremely annoying at night trying to go to bed and it was very hot in the room the AC didn't work well.
Great staff, great location, fantastic price.
The pillows weren't the most comfortable.
The bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff.
Noisy by the elevator, room door so short at bottom that a couple of inches of hallway light (and related noise) came through. Light on balcony stayed on all night. Tile floor uneven and painful for my bad hip (made worse by walking on uneven surface). Floor molding torn away from carpet/tile border.
We had a great stay at Hotel Pepper. We shall be returning.
The beds weren't as comfortable. But overall a great place
Close to shops, supermarket and various other food options. $15-18 taxi ride to Disneyland. Handy to have the restaurant onsite for breakfast. Great little Thai restaurant about 100 metres away.
Kitchen needed an upgrade. Could have been more comfortable with a fresh coat of paint, as the colour scheme lets it down.
everything inside the hotel
cell phone reception was low at times and wifi was poor at times too
Large rooms with kitchens and a balcony
needs some updating especially the bathroom is a little run down
Staff were really nice and helpful
The bed was hard. The rooms have no soundproofing so you can hear everything and everyone outside or going past your room and especially next door.
Close to evèry thing
The staff was really great. They were friendly and very on top of things. I had zero complaints there. I especially liked the staff at the Rotana Restaurant where they served breakfast. They were very warm and friendly.
I was pretty disappointed when I arrived. The first impression as I walked in and saw the dirty algae filled fountains and broken and missing tiles was that I was in for a toughing it out experience. It was the right first impression. The room was large and fairly clean, but there was green corrosion all over the shower head and most of the holes had crusted shut. It screamed (literally) the whole time I showered. I felt bad for the people in the next room because it was very loud. The stream was uneven and with rushing to get away from the noise, I didn't really get a good shower. The toilet showed signs that its been leaking for a long time (white stains all around the base). There were no GFI's in the wet areas. There were several places on the walls where the plaster was chipped or gouged. The faux painting on the kitchen cabinets was very dated. It took me 10 minutes to find a trash can and finally found one inside the bathroom vanity (strange place to hide it). The bathroom vanity looked to be off the bargain shelf at Home Depot. There was a table near the closets where I assume you were to put your suitcase (I did at any rate) and the finish was worn off of that in multiple places. The bed clothes looked really old and faded and the sheets felt limp and worn rather than crisp. Its on a busy street and despite asking for a quiet room I got put on the street traffic side which was loud with lots of large rumbling trucks (from my perspective). I had a very hard time sleeping. I turned the AC on to drown the noise but then I was cold. The TV cabinet was so rickety I was afraid the doors were going to fall off when I opened it up to watch the news.
We travel to Anaheim quite often to go to Disneyland and usually stay at a different hotel every time just depending on rates and location. I think we will stay here from now on though! Great location and hotel. The rooms are a little outdated but they must have been recently refurbished.
I can't think of anything that was an absolute game changer for us. It's not fancy or perfect but the staff was great and we loved our stay!
The price of the hotel is fair and it's not far from Disneyland. That's why we keep coming back.
We were on the first floor at the end of the hallway room 126. The hallway smelled of a flooded bathroom. Our room felt damp and musty. There was a stain on the bathroom tub. The room felt smaller than the other king suites we've been in.
Loved the location...very close drive to Disneyland. Love the spacious room, and the pull out bed was a very thoughtful touch for those traveling with larger groups. I liked the well stocked kitchen-all dishes and utensils, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful as possible.
Wifi was horrible-barely a signal for the entire 2 day trip-if it weren't for the tv and coloring books we brought-we surely would have killed each other....The sink and the toilet should be separate-not ideal when one has to potty and the other needs to be brush teeth or shower. The bathroom piping was noisy-don't expect to sleep while someone showers. The doors were not very secure-no extra security lock on the keyed door (which the card key had to be switched repeatedly due to not working). The sliding backdoor was very rickety and not very secure-anyone with a butter knife could get in. It needs to be updated pronto. No climate control-a seriously outdated HVAC system-it was either freezing cold or burning hot...no in between. Thank God for Snuglis and Ice chips. Having guest check out a remoteless DVD player from the front desk AND having to hook it up ourselves is tacky and dangerous...We are NOT the Geek Squad! Glue it down, or buy it built in to the television... and for God's sake-invest in a $5.00 remote control...
The room was large and the enclosed patio was nice. Staff was pleasant. Was surprised at how nice the room was for the price.
Plugs in bathroom and kitchen were in weird spots. The plug for the coffee pot wouldn't reach the outlet. Very thin walls.
Spacions room, well appointed kitchen, friendly helpful staff, easy drive from/to Disneyland theme park, free parking
Side parking lot is too dark, feels unsafe parked behind trees and bushes. Entrance of hotel is not immediately obvious, it is behind the water fountains.
Kitchen, value for money
Breakfast. I went there once and no longer bothered to go there during my 6days of stay.but since we had a full kitchen with large sized refrigerator, having a simple breakfast at room was good enough.
Location King size bed Clean Comfy Overall great
Blankets was too thin - need thicker blankets We had the back view :( Heater was small
staff was pleasant, location and value for amount of time spent in room
wifi was not so good
Free breakfast, parking, comfy, and quietness. Room size was huge. Huge bed. Curtains makes the room dark promote well rest when it is sunny outside. Free tea bags and coffee. Basic Kitchen utensils.
Slow wifi, cold swimming pool, need more amenities in the kitchen.Need a safe in the room. Lotion. Bathub wasn't functional in holding water for bath
Full kitchen. Quiet. Easy parking. Good staff. Private porch.
Shower was a little dirty in check in. Rustic look looked dark and dirty to us.
