Nothing. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The room was very out of date and windows did not feel very secure. The lock broke on our room. Wi-fi did not work. The whole place smelt like ammonia based cleaners. Bathrooms dirty. A lot of the residents were using the hotel as a bed sit. Staff were not helpful when asking questions about finding a parking lot.

The hotel was on a major stree in San Francisco and near public transportation which is super convinient. Also the owner was very helpful with where to park at what times. If your like me your only sleeping at your hotel so for the price and barely staying it's good.

The lights where a little fickle in my room so I had to mess around with it so it could work. Also the street noise but it wasn't so bad.

I had a room on the top floor on market street. It was quite loud so ear plugs were a necessity when trying to sleep. I never had to wait for the shower which was good. Some of the other tenants of the building look a little dodgy, this is because it doubles as cheap accommodation to live I think. It was good for the 4 days I was there but I wouldn't stay there again, I've done it. It was cheap, that's what I was looking for.

    Noise from street

I liked the cleanness of the restroom, but there was no trash box for feminin product in the restroom.

Wi-fi was really slow. It was fast enough just sometimes in my stay.

It was cheap and in a good location. Despite very bad first impressions, the sheets and bathrooms were clean and the staff were reasonably friendly.

Entrance looks terrible - door leading upstairs to iron gates. Reception was behind a sliding window. Looked like a prison. Worse thing was the smell - mix of grotty smells covered up badly with air fresheners. No lift. Bedroom generally dowdy and the security spikes outside on the window sills were off-putting.

    The location was decent.

After I walked into my room I felt like I wasted 97 dollars and sleeping in my car would have been a better idea. The door to the room was broken, community shower didn't work, management was not helpful at all, overall one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Don't forget shower shoes cause who knows what you can catch in those nasty showers! Even the cabbie who picked me up knew about the hotels bad reputation.

Cleanliness was great. Overall, the stay was better than I had expected.

I should've gotten a room further from the street. The noise was a bit much. Pillows on the bed were not comfortable. The cable tv was hit or miss. Only tuned in about half the time. Lack of "do not disturb" signs. The maids would slip in when I wasn't there.

Nothing special, but somewhere to stay at a good price.

Nice pool, room was nice enough, the gym, nice breakfast (not included)

Problems with wifi - took a while to sort, and I was given some money off.

The staff was helpful and even booked me a shuttle to get back to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but very cleaned. The hotel is five minutes away from the Castro area and the F cable car is right outside the hotel.

Great price and location. And i had a remarkably quiet night's sleep considering this is right on Market Street. The hallway toilet and shower was clean and not at all a crowding issue.

This is a walkup, no elevator. Be prepared to go up and down a couple flights of stairs. A couple of towel bars in the room wouldn't hurt.
