The cabins were beautiful to stay in, with all the comforts of home.
I do wish the pools were still open. We'll come earlier in the season next year! (we came in October)
The cottage was updated, clean, perfect location, quiet, actually slept 7 (not 6) with 1 queen, 2 full and a pull out twin, and there was a propane grill.
The fireplace did not work unfortunately, no fires allowed outside, and you must bring your own cleaning supplies (like a broom that was very much needed)
Various Activities on site. Quiet
Hot water heater small.
Loved being able it take the kids to lake or pool by walking
Lots of ants in cabin...fuse kept blowing...stove didn't work and there was no fire pit... Also was you'd could rent boats...no boats
The house stands on a campsite. The cottage is beautifully situated in nature.
Neglected, shabby cottage.
My kids want to make this our annual summer vacation. 2nd year there and they loved every minute of it.
loved the fact that they are pet friendly and they were very accomodating. The rustic cabin had absolutely everything we needed!! The view spectacular. The staff was very nice!! Loved it!! We would do it again!
The curtains in the cabin were dusty...I got sick after (bronchitis) md believed it might had been the curtains dust :( I recommend mop and floor cleaners for the floors....but even though it was fantastic!!
Resort is in a great location, facilities are good. Good value for the price.
Cabin felt like it hadn't been used in a long time, needs a thorough cleaning and updating.
We liked the resort with a lovely pond. The cottage was nicely decorated and furniture was pleasant. The two decking areas were spacious and the outside furniture comfy. There was a picnic table, bbq (although very dirty) and fire ring for our use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quite a central location. A good sized fridge/freezer and microwave and cooker/oven.
The cottage could have been better equipped-a clothes horse to dry towels, a sharp knife for cutting veg/meat, etc. There was two 8 inch hanging rails for clothes (for up to 8 people staying at cottage) The bed was three mattresses high, on legs, which meant we both had to climb up the mattresses to get into bed and the beds were very creaky. The sheets were a bit 'scratchy' to sleep in. There was a continuous strong damp smell all week, which seemed to come up through the floor vents for air con. Very tiny work space in kitchen. The seating was ok for us three, but anymore than four guests, it would be difficult to seat indoors and out doors.
I love the view very good for kids and to be out of the city to relax. very good located . my kids love the playground and the pool and my husband and I have a quality time together .
I didn't like that I was waiting for a nice cabbage but the one that I got is was suppose to have air condition and didn't very dirty, no plasma just a regular tv so they must have to change those design because is said something but when you get there is very different to what we got. but after all, my family have a good time
Loved the one bedroom cottage. Was well equipped and very comfortable. Nice having personal drive way and grill. Enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Didn't like tight quarters in bedroom. Had to maneuver around wall mounted TV to get in bed.
We had an awesome weekend at Peters pond RV resort. We are a family with 4 kids under the age of 6. They all had what they needed in a short walking distance and in a superb quality: nice beach, a pool with sprinklers, social activities and playgrounds. Even us the parents had a chance to relax! Recommended
We do think that some basic elements can be supplied in the RVs like dish washing liquids and soaps.
