i liked the room as well as the location. It was a nice stay with a beautiful view. The room had good facilities my only comment regarding the stay at the towers was that there were no pots and pans in the room, which i found very odd considering it was sold to me as a self contained unit with full kitchen. This was one of the reasons i chose this hotel , so that we could cook our own food. We were offered pots and pans for an extra 20 per night but i would of thought that if you hire a room that is self contained then you should be able to use all of the facitities. Please just put the price up if you need to but please supply all of the facilities that you are advertising, because you have a great resort there and this was dissapointing

The large screen tv was great. Full kitchen with a real fridge was a bonus. Great one room suite. Loved having the small things in the casual places and the ABC stores weren't out to rob you blind for small things. The jacuzzi and around hadn't been cleaned for a while. Calling room service and maintenance kept me on hold forever more than once. The mall downstairs seemed to cater to a little bit shady crowd. But having a tattoo parlor will attract that. Rooms were phenomial, but the shopping and crowd were disappointing.

When I booked at Planet Hollywood, I thought I would end up at that very hotel, not the one linked and next to it, namely the ph Tower by Westgate! It's a subtlety the web page said nothing about. But that turned out to be a very pleasant surprise, as the ph Tower is a brand new luxury 5* hotel, where we had a fabulous mini-suite at an unbeatable price, whilst Planet Hollywood Hotel per say is far from being as modern. Housekeeping was more that of a 3* hotel (many small things were not available, only one wine glass, no water glasses, etc.. windows were not clean. As for the 'kitchen', everything is there, a big fridge, a stove, a microwave, etc., but no pans whatsoerver...

The suite was very spacious and well furnished also for a family of five. Price to value ratio was expectionally good. 1. The air condition in the main bed room was not working very well or atleast was not able to cool the room as good as the other bedroom. 2. The in-room Jacuzzi, an expected highlight for the kids, did not work. 3. Although we asked for a room at a higher floor we were given the suite at second or third floor only. 4. The rooms were not as clean as you may expect from a first class hotel. We found empty water bottle underneath the sofa.

I love the room very much.. It's so beautiful n romantic.. I love the tub, toilet, kitchen, overhead projector screen and I must say everything.. I travel with baby and I used the kitchen facilities alot for making my baby's milk.. The tub is huge enough for us to relax and play with the water with our little ones.. With the cosy and comfy bed, we were always woke up late daily. :) it must say planet hollywood towers are highly recommended. With the location at the strip and connected with miracle mile shop, the bedroom facilities and the price, it's worth of money. With high security, we'll feel secured too during our stay.. We forgot to give tips for housekeeping before we go out on the first day. The housekeeping staff didn't clean our bed properly. The wifi should be charged per room and not per device in the room. For example, if i'm using their wifi on my iphone and laptop on the same day, i'll be charged twice for the wifi charges.

I loved the room. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was great to have a full kitchen, living room and laundry facilities. Nothing not to like. We were there over the weekend and I was worried about the noise from other reviews that I had read but we had no problem at all. I would highly recommend this hotel, and your site, to everyone I know.

The Planet Hollywood towers was great we loved the room they gave us , in fact its the best room we have ever stayed in and we have travelled around the world. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The casino was great and the shopping was just too much in the miracle mile of shops. We intend going back to Planet Hollywood next year and this will be our 5th vist but PH was oustanding Bob Clinton

Location was good if you like to shop. The only downfall was that you had to walk through the Miracle Mile mall to get to your room. The cleanliness of the room for me was very poor. On Saturday night things got really noisey at night and we woke up several times due to the noise.

I like it that the suite was very beautiful and clean. The view was nice because we were able to view the strip from below. For any hotels it doesn't matter if it's a 1 star or 5 star it's important that service for the customer must be excellent. However, in this case we didn't get that treatment for a 4 star hotel at ph Towers. What disappointed me most was the valet guys. They did not stop by to help us after we waited 30 minutes. We ended parking our car ourselves and unloading our own stuff. It appears that ph Towers were under staff and this is not good for the guest. Another problem that we had was the bathroom door broke and when we call for service it took 3 hours until anyone showed up and this was after 3 calls that I had to make. Not a good service at all. Also, when we call to ask for extra sheets the person on the person was very rude. We didn't like it at all. If you ask me would I go there again my answer would be "no"..

The location was excellent, the pool was beautiful and the upgrade to a top floor was nice. We did not receive a one bedroom studio as was booked. The woman at the desk insisted that we booked a studio. At the time I was under the impression that it was the same room, but later learned that there was a one bedroom also which we should have received. The constant hard selling for the timeshares by the staff was terrible. There was not adequate bedding in the room (no bedspread/comforter). Both the tub and sink drains were stopped up. We notified the staff on Thursday after arriving and again on Friday, but it was never fixed.

A nicely and new? Designed hotel with a nice 1 mile shopping/restaurant closed to the strip We stayed at the 54th floor, the first night was good and the second was terrible. The alarm went off at 11.45p.m and we had to evacuate the hotel using the stairs. We were allowed to go up again and asked the security about the reason for the evacuation before going up Apparently some of the "party animals" had been smoking in or outside the room on the 52nd floor. The party continued in the room next to ours and I called the front desk at 2.45a.m and they told me they should send the security which they did...so we could hardly sleep at all the second night...So if you plan to sleep when in Vegas...don't stay in this hotel as many guests just party.

The hotel is a wonderfull if you want to shop , to play casino, to entertain ...etc.The room we had with our husband was the nicest. It was a pitty we did not use it like we wanted as we had our son together with us. The furniture of the room was all the leather red and white, very sexy and make you feel always like a star of the film.Think well before taking your son with you othewise you will feel like me!!!! If you do not like american cooking you can easily use all the amenities of the room. I was glad to find everything by my side - like coffe machine, the oven, the gas-set, of course one do nto come to Las Vegas to cook but the huge fridge that we had and the ice-fridge were excellent. The bed-room was not so big but very cosy full of the mirrors around so if you are not so fat like american people you will like to see yourself all the time. We have visited this hotel being in voyage in Arizona and have taken the decision to spend several days in Las Vegas. Our son has four years old. The hotel was chosen buy my husband who is usually very attentive choosing the hotels. May be he did not read well the opinions of the previous visitors of this hotels before. As the fotos of the room seemed to us very attractive. The hotel was chosen. The fact of having the pool was also very positive. So when we had arrived I was rather surprised . Please take my advise never come into this hotel with the baby less then 4 years old and being honest the hotel in reality is not for the babies at al!!!!!!L. We have checked in at Saturday afternoon when all the crazy american adults of the age 20-21 years old have arrived from all over. So I have seen like the pool at the 17.00 P.M. was full of half- drunk young people who were standing in the water drinking the beer and listening to the rather loud music, the scene was not for the baby.So we did not want to use the pool that afternoon at all. I have seen one poor woman with the troley bringing the baby of 4 month , it was awfull among the half naked girls in the lobby to see that little baby! The hotel is for the couple who wants to stay and relax and do not want to take care about anything but rest, It is rather stressfull because the casino is also at the territory of the hotel. The hotel is huge and really if you have a kid of one year old or less the distances are not for the small baby at all. The room we had was wonderfull but not for the staying together with your kid. Though we had even a nice jacuzzi in the room but we never used it as the baby stayed in our bed (extra bed will not be added for your baby), so think well what you want to do in this hotel. Wonderfull hotel but not for the chilldren at all.

We had an excellent studio room on the corner which gave us a spectacular view. The studio was nicely furnished from a very large bed up to a pantry kitchen. Very modernly furnished and great for a nice visit to Las Vegas. As the hotel is situated right in the middle of the strip (if you exit trough the shopping mall), pretty much everything is within walking distance. The only problem we had was that our microwave in the pantry kitchen had not been cleaned and was pretty dirty, which is something you would expect hotel staff would do before the next guest arrives. It is just a minor issue, but from a

Stayed in the one-bedroom suite on the 52nd floor. View was incredible, decor was luxuriously youthful, spacious and vibrant. 4 TVs in the suite, trendy bathroom and convenient speaker connection for watching tv or playing music. Best features: large bathtub w/ jets inside the bedroom, projector for huge tv picture onto the living room shade, and large sectional with pull out bed for "unexpected guests". Decent room service chicken strips and convenient access to the strip through attached shopping mall. 1. Absolutely no smoking in any of the rooms (or risk a $250 cleaning fee automatically charged to your reservation credit card), which is nice for the atmosphere but tough for old habits. 2. Having to show the room key every time I wanted to access the elevators, even if I had just done so 15 minutes prior, was kind of annoying, but not unusual for a casino hotel. Otherwise, pretty f'in awesome!

The suite is a life-time experience. The location on the miracle mile is great. The Design of the hotel is Fab. The Pool is very nice. The Self- PArking is really convenient, and price attractive. This hotel is severly under-staffed, I had to queue for 15 minutes to check-in, and couldn't have the Baggage service to help me get my stuff down to my car at check-out time.

The hotel has a good luxurious feel and is located right on the strip. We had two rooms on the 28th floor - 2811 for us and 2528 for the kids. Both were quiet. Being so high up views were great, albeit slightly better from 2528. Staff were courteous. Short curly hairs on bath room floor and in bath. Only double rooms are available in hotel so we had to use a pull out bed if you want separate beds like my kids did. For this pull out bed, staff just dropped off extra bedding rather than made it up.

It makes me feel like a millionaire. Place is so nice and clean, also pool is always has a good vibe better than some pool parties that you have to pay to get into. The only thing I missed out was the louge or club they have there. I didnt know that my key/card gave me free access to the club until I read it which then was too late I was at already gone from the hotel. It will be nice if the front desk would tell their customers about free pass to the lounge ahead of time or as soon as I book the suite
