Resturant food sub par
Terrible service No free wifi
Unfriendly staff when I checked in.
close to airport nice rooms
staff, worst EVER
Price Didnt like you have to pay parking and inter net. food prices were very high
Everything was fine. Connected to Terminal B
Service at breakfast very slow -- why not have a self-seervice buffet option?
Proximity to PIA.
The room was dirty; makeup on a "clean" hand towel, trash can was not emptied and a few peanuts on the floor.
no free wifi, no swimming pool, sauna etc
The restaurant on the main floor was excellent and the hotel was easy to reach from Terminal B. My friends had no difficulty picking me up or dropping me off!
Had booked ahead and my MC had already been debited but the clerk could not find my reservation. I have a hyphenated last name and she was looking under the last part of the name e.g. Smith-Brown. I had to point out that MacLean would be under M not L. We do have many hyphenated names here so a bit of training is needed, All was well after that. There was nobody in Terminal F to tell me how to get to the hotel - 11:30 arrival! I ended up walking and lugging my suitcase. Perhaps this info should be available at booking time - especially for 75 year-olds with artificial knees!
Location was fantastic Bar was great - good food and friendly staff
Location. Shuttle. Bed.
Cost for wi-fi. Restaurant food
easy walk across the street to airport, easy access to trains that take you into the city
airport location means you pay for everything. internet costs you $14/day--yup, no free wifi. the only place to buy snacks (except for restaurant) is the shop, where everything is at 200% markup.
1. Vending machine in the laundry room failed to dispense washing powder.
Comfort Spaciousness Good staff at front desk Good van facilities
Evening meal Staff needs to be totally circumspect, even when they think no one is near
proximity to airport
Signage and access from airport was abysmal
Our waitress in the restaurant was wonderful, friendly, accommodating with our grandchild's needs. Overall a great experience.
Excellent location from airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cost of room overpriced, Did Not Recieve Housekeeping services on Saturday. And upon departure went out to catch shuttle to airport and had to wait 15 min due to driver being asleep in drivers seat.
Reception staff was efficient, friendly, and could answer airline questions easily. The bar area was very nice, drinks a bit overpriced. The room was very clean.
We were given a room with two double beds, even though I specifically asked for a king bed. I felt the room was overpriced, but I guess we were paying for convenience since it was so close to the airport.
I was hit w a $20 parking fee and the walls between rooms were so thin I heard every word of a normal conversation next door...til 1 AM.
The staff went out of their way to assist with getting us downtown and researching a restaurant online. We were only overnighting so it was a quick stay, but the super comfortable bed and the convenience for catching our early next day flight couldn't be beat!
There was nothing I didn't like.
Excellent accommodation and very convenient
Although it seems to be the American way paper cups ruin the first coffee of the day and are very cheap for such a hotel
I like that it was a short walk from the hotel to the American Terminal and Gates!
Bedding was nice and bathroom seemed recently renovated.
Restaurant is a little pricey.
Good walking distance from baggage claim at airport.
Sunday morning, simple breakfast came over 30 min after ordering which is unacceptable. There was no cappuccino available either. Waiters were not well coordinated amongst each other.
The proximity to airport The staff were excellent The restaurant was very good The bed was comfortable The room was quiet The sink and counter were nice in the bathroom
The hotel was older The shower/tub needed some work
