The location was perfect! Close to Capitol and Botanical Gardens. 2 blocks from Union Station. Had a great night's sleep - the bed was very comfortable.

The location was perfect for us. Close to Union Station, the Capitol and many sights. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional Room was a bit small but we didn't mind. Only stayed one night. Pub downstairs was convenient but food wasn't very good. These were the only minuses. Booked a room here again and looking forward to returning.

Attentive and friendly front desk staff; location right by Union Station; CapitalBikeShare located close by; view of the Capitol from the front entrance. The two elevators were small and slow.

The location to areas of interest was the best choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The easy access to the train station and the Metro made traveling throughout the area a plus! I believe some vegetarian choices such as a veggie burger on the menu at the Dubliner would have been helpful.

It is very close to the Metro Station and Mall so it is very convenient to sight see and travel. Cleaned the bathroom everyday but didn't make beds

We were very surprised by the room, my wie especially because she had not seen it online. It was vey close to the train station, the bus lines and we could walk up to the Capitol. I have since told two othersabout your fantastic hotel!! ;-) I didn't like that our stay was so short.

The location and atmosphere can't be beat. This hotel is in a historic building, and it feels pleasantly old-fashioned. It is, however, exceedingly clean and comfortable. (Great bed!) Union Station is a block away, many of the monuments and museums are minutes away,and there are fun restaurants in the area. Some people might think the room was small, but we were very comfortable in it.

It is walking distance to Union Station The staff was unapologetic to the fact that they 1) didn't have a two bed room for me and my two children and 2) did not even have a cot that they could offer us. And, they didn't even problem solve to come up with another option for me and my family.

The room was ready when we arrived at 10:30AM. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and the shower was good. The location was perfect since we arrived at Union Station. Nothing.

Great location and very traditional and elegant interiors. The sheets were frayed and the top sheet was actually torn at the top hem. When I asked that it be replaced, the second one wasn't too much better. The maids said that the hotel couldn't afford to replace them and it had been a problem.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the proximity to Union Station was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant for a good breakfast each morning, and also had a fine dinner there. Really can't name any negatives. We had a good time.

The location was excellent, right across from the railway station and close to the National Mall. The lighting in the room was not bright enough for me. Also, the accommodations were satisfactory, but rather modest considering the high price.

So quiet and comfortable. One of the best nights of sleep I've ever had at a hotel. I loved the small room. It was very comfortable and I didn't feel like I was in a huge room I didn't need. I loved the historic design and decor. The location was unbeatable for the price. The Dubliner was great and the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to get there was a plus. Definitely staying again!! Small elevators.
