This hotel in Fisherman’s Wharf is just 2 blocks from San Francisco’s waterfront. It features an Italian restaurant and contemporary rooms with a flat-screen cable TV with Nintendo video games.
Score from 910 reviews Very good
Charging $40 a night for parking without advertising it is just not cool...
You could purchase breakfast cereal from downstairs but no milk. Wi Fi was an extra $20 per day where everywhere else we stayed it was complimentary. The rooms had dim lighting and sometimes it was hard to see when you were packing up.
Great location, comfortable, nice quality
Buffet breakfast is too expensive at $19 per person. Instead go round the corner to the excellent Hollywood Cafe - the best breakfast in San Francisco, but be prepared to wait up to half an hour for a table.
Close to the Wharf. Staff and hotel excellent. Would recommend this hotel
Price, but San Fran hotels are expensive. The bar in the hotel needs a meals menu.
Location of hotel was excellent. A short walk to Fishermans Wharf. Staff was friendly and helpful
The room change and upgrade to the 2620 Club.
The car parking charges and the person I spoke to after our room change had been sorted. She could of undone everything!!!
Location was fantastic, not too far of a walk to fisherman's wharf. The room size was ample, very accommodating. Very clean and updated. Felt secure in area where there are homeless wandering about.
the location was good.
the bed was too soft and the price was outrageous (during an Oracle conference, we discovered)
Nice hotel in very convenient position. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions.
Location Comfortable room Pleasant staff
Breakfast repetitive and boring More variety would be good Tea/coffee machines infuriating to work and lack of nice tea and decent milk made a good cup of tea impossible. With so many international travelers this could be improved.
- Close to most tourist attractions - Close to eating venues - Nice and friendly staff - Close to laundry facility
- No swimming pool - No coin operated laundry facility
I like the location, close to the wharf and all public transportation. The continental breakfast was good but I wish the had some bacon or sausage with it.
Great location; within a moderate walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf Pier 39 and the Trolley to Union Square was literally right out the door. The bed was very comfortable. The size of the hotel is moderate with only three floors which leads to a more pleasant experience relative to the mega-hotels in town.
Parking was expensive but so is everywhere else; a fact of life in San Francisco
Great hotel in a perfect location.
Location Location Location
Duelling pianos was great on the Sunday night but it shut down at 11pm and so did the bar clearing out the 25 customers who would have stayed Longer.
A little touchy at the desk
locations is perfect especially for the price
directly located on 2 main streets = very loud at night; rooms dont seem soundproof
Location, price, cleanliness, friendly staff, great value for your money.
The hotel is a little dated, but for the price, one can't expect all the bells and whistles.
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast good value for money. The location is good.
Great location for walking round Fisherman's Wharf and plenty of options on transport for the rest of the city. Safe area. Clean, good sized comfy rooms
Extremely creaky floors so if like us you are on a lower floor and have someone in the room above who likes to exercise for 2 hours from 6am good luck with trying to sleep in.
Location was excellent. We stayed as part of a tour group with 2 days on our own before. We could walk to restaurants grocery store and Fisherman Wharf, and Pier 39
No pool. A bit on the pricey side. But I guess that's San Francisco.
Fantastic bed. Best shower of the holiday.
$50 for valet parking!
Close to tourist spots and bike hire.
Rooms were dark, gloomy and musty. Taxes are very high - it's a shame booking.com doesn't include them in the price or at least give an indication of the price.
although we liked the breakfast, thought it was a little pricey.
Great location, unless you are put off by the touristy atmosphere of the Pier. We had small children so it suited us perfectly.
The hotel lacks soundproof windows. This means that if two homeless persons (of which there are sadly many in the city) start an argument in the street at 4.00 AM, you (and your children) are unlikely to sleep through it. Concierge also charged us 100 dollars for procuring car seats for our children, when the car already ordered already had such seats. She did not offer a full refund.
