room was very clean and comfortable. staff was very pleasant and friendly. we were very satisfied.
Fairly close to where I needed to be and in the downtown area.. Easy to get find and get to. Great price.
On a major intersection, luckily in a small city, so traffic was not continuously heavy. Room was a little "dingy".
Front desk friendly and close to many shops. Cleaning on the average, but not complain
Clean, comfortable, affordable, roomy, air conditioning, tv, wifi, quiet. More than I expected at that price level. In walking distance to several places to eat n shop yet quiet rooms.
Room was clean and comfortable. Not overdone with the tacky "traditional Vermont" decor that you often find at locally-owned inns. Good staff.
Very noisy location directly on the intersection of two major roads. Moreover, a couple times throughout the night, it sounded like someone was spraying a water cannon at the back side of the building. It was insanely loud. All you see is a very-close fence when you look out the back window of the room, so I have no idea what the source of the noise was. The front door-side window also had no curtain, so a significant amount of outdoor light shined into the room throughout the night without anyway to block it. I like as little light as possible when I sleep, so the light in the room actually bothered me more than the noise.
Pleasant staff, convenient town location, and clean rooms.
Beds were a bit worn.
I love how nice the staff was and how they accommodated all our needs. I really like how friendly they were to our dogs.
I didn't like that there was no hairdryer in the room.
Close to main roads.
Good location, very accessible to food and other services. Staff was kind and helpful.
Motel needs to be updated some.
Easy check in. Offer to mail home forgotten items.
Was told that people did not "live" there but fella next door with dog told me he and others did. Felt like I saw drug deal on works.
The room was spacious.
Getting ice in the lobby - if the door opened the Manager had to come down to see who came in. I felt like I should not have to bother him. Also, the desk closed at 10 PM therefore we could not get ice after that time. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.
Can't beat the price
Bright light right outside the door
Staff very nice. But would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are regular travelers and have stayed in less expensive hotels but have never seen anything like this hotel. Never ever again!!!!
Everything but the staff
good access to restaurants, very quiet although next to a road
Cheap, clean, quiet
The furniture was nice and they provide lots of towels and great travel sized products. Having the mini fridge was very helpful.
The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of.
Easy access, low cost
Room was too warm, tv controller didn't work, old plumbing fixtures, renovation of room incomplete (no baseboard) gave it poor appearance. Mixture of furniture, door to room was not a deadbolt and there was light between door and jamb -- did not feel safe.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. It's pretty close to the I89.
nice hot shower......
lack of a coffee pot and very dry air in the room with the heater.
For the price it suited our needs perfectly. Great location to Sugarbush without the Sugarbush prices.
Location Price General amenities
Light coming in frosted window next to door during the night---not a huge deal but you asked!
Room had a refrigerator.
Motel needs updating with both carpeting and paint.
Very reasonably priced and friendly staff.
My wife and I live in the country so we found the traffic noises a bit annoying.
