Great location smack on the beach! The room was nothing special, some might say a little sketchy. But in our opinion that made it just that much better! Now it's part of our fun story!
Telephone in room broken, wifi only worked outside of room, not enough outlets for microwave or coffee pot. The floor was filthy.
Location, updated bathroom
Bed was hard, I couldn't get the WiFi to work, no coffee maker in the room, blinds on window didn't close properly, parking was limited and small.
Location and the staff jerry was very helpful
The room we reserved was a suite, I confirmed it the night before and we I checked in it was given to someone else. The room we received was dirty, sticky floors, mold on the ceiling and all over the bathroom. Not worth the money, there are better locations on the beach!
On the beach, close to time square.
Run down with appearance of being unclean.
Location. Pet friendly.
Room was very small. The sheet had a stain on it. When you ran the hot water it smelled like a sewer. 400 dollars for 2 nights is insane for this place.
Single rooms very small and dumpy. Parking is very tight good for small cars.pool is small but ok with some loungers.most hotels on the beach are dumpy though. Lovers key good. It not on the beach and traffic is terrible
Wi-Fi, pet friendly, location on the beach next to demos and cottage bar. They started to remodel double bed rooms by pool.
Cigarette butts everywhere, pool not maintained deck area and garbage cans filthy. A simple am hose down would solve everything. Dead bird next to pool laid there our whole stay because no one cleaned outside area. Arrived at 1:00 and our room was available at 4pm.
grounds were in need of trash removal. ac was loud and in need of a good cleaning. bathroom door did not shut, staying by my self no biggie but if my wife and family were there it wouldn't have worked. phone and alarm did not work . I asked for a wake up call on my cell and never received it, good thing my wife called me to wake me.
Location. Jessica at the front desk was very nice.
Hotel guest being too loud after 10 PM
Closeness to everything
Noisy spring breakers, but it wasn't the staffs fault.
Location location location!
Filthy filthy rooms. Overbooked with young adults. Contact high from abundance of weed. Pool cloudy, dirty then CLOSED!!!
when we upgraded to an overpriced filthy suite the view was AMAZING!!
Housekeeping, outdated in general, floors didn't get swept or mopped
Location, and that is it
It might be different if we didn't go at spring break, because parking was terrible. Once there, you don't want to leave because you might not get a parking place close to motel until late at night. I didn't realize how small the room was when we rented it, but we weren't there to stay in the room any ways.
The location was fantastic, every thing we wanted to do was in walking distance and motel was right on the beach. The staff was fantastic! Jerry was great to work with and the other desk lady (i didn't get her name)was very pleasant as well! Would like to stay again but in larger room facing beach.
Room was discussing bugs in bath room and in kitchen, I payed 2400 dollars for 7 nights they waited 3 days after being there to clean room once. My boys got ice out of the machine for a small cooler and was told to go buyit
The only thing good was beach front
everything is old and partially broken
The room was a little small but nothing that would make us not come back to this hotel.
My husband and I had a great time at the Pierview, only stayed for one night but it was very nice and a great location. Tons of things to do around the hotel, lots of shops and places to eat all within walking distance.
No place to "hang out" if it rains, which it did. The view was across the walkway, not from the room. Wish we had had a terrace.
We loved Joelle, the manager.
Not cleaned. Did NOT Change sheets.
Horrible service. No cleaning
Didn't rooms where that nice. Shower needs better curtains to keep water in not end up all over the floor
Very friendly staff
Check in time
The room is tiny but youre staying here for the location anyway. Not much parking and spaces are tight.
Location is why you stay here. The room was clean. I had no issues.
The smell of mildew/mold filled the room. Dark brown stains all over the mattress and box spring. The door had 1/2 in gap when closed and deadbolt didn't work, There was only a chain. Felt very unsafe and my daughter woke up sick due to the mold. I would never recommend this room and I paid $200/night
