Pleasent friendly great place to stay will again when we go back
nothing everthing was good
A little over priced. Also breakfast was near nothing. A cup of coffee or orange juice and a bite size muffin or piece of toast or waffle.
Balcony and river view was very nice but road detracted from it.
Ice only available on two floors at opposite end of building. Vending split up on different floors. very inconvenient. Breakfast poor. no eggs or fresh fruit like other places.
room was clean although dated. Beds were very comfortable.
not near enough handicap parking spaces. Parking was at a premium if you got in late.
could I have a better variety for breakfast.ould I have the better variety for
The staff were really friendly and helpful
Staff was nice. Rooms were clean.
Beds were hard. Furniture is old.
Quiet, clean, needs a little more breakfast room and more varity of breakfast food like eggs and gravy and biscuits
The price was a good deal. The location is far enough away from the craziness down the road to enjoy the relative quiet of the river view.
Rooms are showing their age a little and feel really damp due to the humidity.
Balcony on tha river, location & pool
Breakfast was two kinds of cereal, mini muffins & frozen waffles....the WiFi was not stable, switching from off to on every 3 mins or so.....
I really liked the king rooms with the heart shaped tub. The room we had, had a fire place also. Would be very nice for the fall or winter time.
my husband and I felt facility had the most comfortable bed and pillows we've ever slept on, was sorry we were only there overnight, wished it could have been longer!
No safety bar in shower
Comfortable and clean.
Parking was not customer friendly. Not enough spaces.
Carpeting in room and breakfast area very soiled.
We loved the convenience of the location and the room was great.
People were extremely nice.
Mildew smell in room was bad and room had not been dusted
Pigeon Forge Location
Uncleaniness/ Breakfast was basically OJ and Coffee
Loved the location! Rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was great, had our room cleaned each of the 4 nights we were there. The kids enjoyed wading around in the river. Overall a great place for the budget-minded.
As other reviewers stated, the breakfast is a joke. It is extremely small and limited. The elevator is insanely slow as well, but is tolerable. We didnt have a river view and the rooms on the parking lot side do not have balconies or windows that open which was very disappointing. If you want a balcony, ask in advance.
The carpet in room was disgustingly nasty, Our feet was black, and you could see stains ever where. The covers where so itchy. The covers and tv was out dated. We had to climb up 4flights of stairs any time we went out cause there is one elevator for entire hotel to use. The breakfast area is so small that my family and I had to eat at separate tables. The bottom of the swimming pool was so rough that my doughter stumped her toe and it bled and the bottom of my husband's feet were raw.
great location, quiet,friendly staff
toilet hard to flush, not enough water pressure in shower.
Elevator was useless in the mornings. Using the stairs from the 5th floor for senior was tough.
Location in city Easy access to rooms via elevator
Air conditioning not working properly. When we asked desk clerk about it she acted like we didn't know what we were talking about. Didn't appreciate that at all. Air conditioning left unplugged all night due to Oder. Won't be back
