Liked the place. Nothing negative to say about it at all.
The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Parking area was too dark. If my husband hadn't been there I would have been very concerned for safety. Continental breakfast was coffee, cereal, donuts, and muffins. I thought it would be more.
Parking lot somewhat hard to get around in.
The price, the beds, the location
No WiFi, they prohibit alcoholic beverages and the ramps going up to the 2nd floor are very steep
Beds pillows, location pet friendly, flat screen tv. Huge jacuzzi in another room and it worked well.
Booked on line, price including pets was $220. for 2 nights. Sign out front advertised $39.95 a night.
Excellent Location! We could walk everywhere and the pancake house was right next store. We will stay again!
No coffee machine and no coffee in lobby
stingy on towels, breakfast waste of time and parking terrible
the price,LOCATION,clean room
breakfast was poor..but it was free, not much bad at all
They had a TV
There were nats in the room, the wifi didn't work at all my iPad wouldnt even pick it up. There was only sheets on the bed with a thin flannel blanket in between. The ceilings looking terrible and coming away from the wall! Didn't have a clock in the room & there was a stink bug in our towels!
iy was cose to a lot of things to see
It was right in the middle of everything. Will stay there again
Are room was down in the back in a corner
closeness to pigeon forge
rooms were old
Location was good
The wifi was horrible. It was intermittent and sometimes the wifi was not detectable at all.
We stayed here for a 3 vacation. We arrived 2 hrs before check in. We called and they let us check in early, which was nice. The rooms were good. Nothing fancy, but a nice and clean place to sleep. Which was all we was looking for. The breakfast was your usual doughnuts, muffins, etc. our kids liked it though. It's a nice place to stay if don't need anything fancy.
The wifi was spotty.
the rooms were freshly painted and updated. Good beds. Good location. Can walk to a lot of shopes and amusement.
The hotel is old and very rundown. We usually stay in chain hotels, but Pigeon Forge was booked the weekend we went, so we decided to try The Lazy Bear Inn. It was a terrible decision. When we checked in the staff was friendly, but when we got to the room it was dirty and smelled. It is completely out of date. We found poop on the floor beside one of the beds. I went to the office to get our money back, and they would not refund it. The owner was rude and said he did not give refunds. The breakfast only had donuts and milk or coffee.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds, Quiet, good location, good water pressure.
Bathroom was very small, the shower curtain allowed water to wet the floor, the tub and sink drained very slow. Charge for ice. Very tight parking area. No ironing board.
Wi fi was EXTREMELY slow, if it worked at all.
Hotel is neat and clean. Location is good and close to many attractions. Economic pricing.
Breakfast is not good enough.
It was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Also the continental breakfast was available until 10:30am.
We had no complaints.
The location was good, comfortable beds, good service, clean rooms everyday; reasonable rates. I would stay here again:)
The only thing I did not like was that the vanity should have had two sinks instead of one. In room coffee was not so good.
Our stay was very acceptable on all accounts but we prefer a less busy area.
Main sign for the place was never lit at night making it awkward to find. Also, was late in the afternoon before housekeeping arrived.
Was it the heart of all entainment
room was small bathroom which included shower was small I guess the price was based on the fact of some event going on which i wasn't attended first time here saw where I could have stayed further out in a hotel
