door locks did not work replace them and still did not work. bath tub stop up had to change rooms and it was to noise at this place two fights brook out
It was close to restaurants, area attractions and an easy spot to get in and out of. I have stayed here many times and I'm looking forward to my next trip back.
wifi had problems
great location. close to everything
Went to have breakfast and all 4 times gone. The first time i told the guy at 8am it was gone and he opened the oven looked inside and stared. Like wherever did it go. And just stood there. I looked at my husband and we just walked out. From then on same but i didnt bother the help. The jacuzzi bath had to be at least 25 years old. Was vlean i will give it that.
Its close to everything. Quite. The room was clean.
The continental breakfast was pretty sparse; donuts, muffins and cereal, but for the price we paid for the room it was OK.
We only stayed one night for a quick overnight trip, but the room was nice size, the bed was very comfortable and everything appeared to be very clean. The staff was friendly. In the heart of Pigeon Forge but it quieted down fairly early. We were able to walk to the Old Mill area and lots of other restaurants were close by.
The room was non smoking, but stunk of cigerette smoke. Only had 2 towels for a party of 4. When i told them about it. Was told i had to wait till morning. Then had to call 2 times before I was able to get the extra towels. WiFi was spotty at best. Used them before, but very bad this time. Will never use them again!
Paint was bad, lights out
Water pressure good
Right in middle, close to everything
The little black ants that came out of the dawn in the sink.
Everything was great
the walls were paper thin woke up all night with the man in next room coughing up his lungs.....the toile ran all night long...the thermostat was broke....
Dirty floor. My feet were black after walking across the floor after taking a shower. Killed 2 roaches. The parking lot is very small we were blocked in on morning. Heat only worked on high heat and high fan and could only be turned off by unplugging it.
Heater and refrigerator were loud at night. Going off and on
no heavy blankets in the room
centrally located so it was easy to go any direction you wanted
Asked for late check out 4 times never got a reply
Jacuzzi tub was pretty but did not function very well
Coffee maker in room had no pot. That was about it.
Honestly was expecting a not so passable motel, turns out it was great! Really enjoyed it. Close to the old mill, thus easy to get the shuttle to Dollywood
Battery was missing from smoke detector Freezer was frozen with 3 to 4 inches of ice Barking dog a few rooms down
Liked the place. Nothing negative to say about it at all.
Parking area was too dark. If my husband hadn't been there I would have been very concerned for safety. Continental breakfast was coffee, cereal, donuts, and muffins. I thought it would be more.
The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Parking lot somewhat hard to get around in.
No WiFi, they prohibit alcoholic beverages and the ramps going up to the 2nd floor are very steep
The price, the beds, the location
Booked on line, price including pets was $220. for 2 nights. Sign out front advertised $39.95 a night.
Beds pillows, location pet friendly, flat screen tv. Huge jacuzzi in another room and it worked well.
