Proximity to a wide variety of restaurants. The free Wi-Fi was useful The curious staff That I didn't have enough free time to even turn on the television! But I don't blame the Pilgrim Inn (or staff) for that......

Rooms were comfortable, clean and appealing. We were able to get two rooms that connected which was great since we have "tweens" who want privacy but still need monitoring. Breakfast was very sparse. They could add more items, even cold cereal, to make it a little more substantial.

The room was large, the inn was convenient to Lee. It was really a motel, and very off-putting at first because it was not advertised as a motel. There was a small office, not a lobby or great room, the room was sparsely furnished, the towels were literally threadbare.

Budget rooms, on web site does say pets o.k., got to the desk and the sign says no pets, I was charged 25.00 extra a day for my 5lb. Ball of fur. Who does not shed ,not so happy there . The man then took off 5.00 a day , but still , come on ,if you say o.k. To pets, at least say what the extras are on your web site. No fair scamming extra 80.00 after I arrive at your door with my dog.

I enjoyed my stay at Pilgrim Inn. For the type of Motel it is I was very satisfied. The staff was very nice and the room was large with 2 queen beds and room to move around. It was also very clean. The location was what was best. It was very easy to get to and from Jacob's Pillow venue. Over all I was happy and would recommend it to friends with the understanding that it's very unassuming...no frills.

The Pilgrim Inn was a wonderful surprise, perfect location for the evening I was in Stockbridge. The room was capacious, very clean, and quiet. It had a great shower and having the microwave and refrigerator was an added plus. I could not have asked for more for the price. Bravo! I have noting to suggest, except, perhaps, fresh muffins and croissants, but that would have been too much to hope for. It was a great stay.

The proximity to Tanglewood The only light in the bathroom did not work. This was reported at 6 pm at the reception desk. Nothing was done until after we reminded them at 11 pm. We felt this was poor attendance to our problem.
