THE LOCATION MADE IT CONVENIENT TO SHOPS AND RESTRAURANTS.

THE HOTEL IS OLD, FLOORS NOT LEVEL, DID NOT SEE AN ELEVATOR, OUR ROOM WAS AT BACK OF HOTEL OVER TRASH CANS. NEEDS REMODELING.

This room is a large room and very comfortable to be in. This room also has the jacuzzi in it .We all like it very much.

The breakfast is kind of too simple. very plain. You feel like you are in the Denny.

A bit small in the rooms. More bottled water would have been nice.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and informative

Room #39 was very small, the two of us, not large people, has trouble moving around in it. As my wife says "You couldn't swing a cat around in it".

Helpful staff, great location, yummy breakfast (included), pretty room, charming, convenient parking in the lot behind the Inn

Our room overlooked the roof of the kitchen, so the view wasn't very picturesque. If we had asked for a room change (which we didn't), I feel that the staff would have tried to accommodate us.

    Convenience and charm

3 flights of stairs no elevator. Breakfast was terrible burned bacon and burned eggs on bottom. Waffles and potatoes were not acceptable . Go across the street to eat. Tom as a very friendly clerk

Watch out for the annual Car show. I wasn't aware of it when I planned this trip, and it was loud throughout the night for set up and early morning, which is why I didn't sleep. My restful vacation was therefore not restful at all. . . but this was not the Pine Inn's fault. The uncomfortable beds, however, were. For the price of the hotel, the beds should be much more comfortable.

    Hotel decor is very impressive.

The bed was older than me and mattress slooped off to the side. Rooms are extremely small.

The ambiance, the decor, the location - everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and, in spite of an issue we had with a room mixup, they took care of us properly.

There was a mixup with the room, and we had to wait for a couple of hours in the middle of the night for the issue to be straightened out.

It's a welcoming hotel. The Entrance hall is very cousy. The location is really good.

The room is too small. The breakfast is ok, almost bad.

Loved the location and ambiance of the oldest hotel in Carmel. Il Fornio Restaurant is connected to the restaurant, and it was great too. Rooms were small but charming. Overall, it was a much better experience than we could have imagined for our 33rd Anniversary!

I'm fine with stairs, but there did not appear to be an elevator to our 3 floor rooms. This could be a problem for those less capable.

The Inn was quaint and very clean. The location is awesome.

If it had been hot, I would have worried about sleeping without air conditioning.

The Pine Inn is a really cute and cozy place right in the middle of Carmel. The best thing is the localization of the hotel that makes possible to walk to great restaurants and the beach.
