the price Jean the owner was kind and hospitable toilet worked great Heat worked great. I was nice and warm even in the bathroom
The air conditioner needs to have putty put around the places where air was coming through and I heard wind howling through the holes also. The warmer blanket had holes in it needs to be thrown out. The parking lot needed to be de-iced,scared I would slip The t.v. remote did not work he had to give me a new one. Lots of dust and dirt in hard to reach areas. And it looked like ketchup or blood stain on left front side of night table. Yuck.
Really needs updating. For a non-smoking, we can smell the smoke. Pillow were hard as a rock. I would get rid of the carpets as well. You can tell the furniture hasn't been cleaned.
Location to go to Buffalo Bills game next morning. The price.
Heat wasn't really warming up the room. I don't think I like the fact that the desk is not occupied all night. After I checked in the manager went home. Seemed to be very few cars there but I was told it was a full house. Maybe mostly monthly residents that don't drive?
Close to my daughters house
Dated pillows uncomfortable no tissues half roll of tp
No housekeeping, came back to dirty room after football game. It was a shame
No refrigerator.....needs facelift! Ok for a 1 nighter...
Bed was a little stiff and sheets kept coming off matress
Staff was fabulously friendly and helpful. Color was cheerful. Parking and location was convenient.
bed and pillows were a little on the hard side. The location was close to a road with a large amount of traffic so there was some traffic sound.
The place was probably built in 1930 and last time renovate the same year. Place was not clean, bedding old, worn, and all in spots - like someone already used it for a couple of weeks... Worse place I've ever been!
location was close to shopping and eatting.
the Inn was very old and run down. Owner was very polite but my room needed to be updated and room had a bad oder. Photos on the website did not meet my expectations
This property smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Did not spend the nite there.
It's 45 minutes from Niagara Falls Towels smelled nice Sheets were washed
Cigarette burns on curtains, comforters, blankets Big, liquid, splash stain on wall near door Smells like cigarettes Uncomfortable pillows Hot water in sink didn't work Dusty, cloth head board Late 70s early 80s decor
The place was a dive. There was thick dust on all the furniture, hairs all over the bathroom and boogers on the wall. The place looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. For the price we paid, I would have atleast expected a clean place to sleep. We were very dissappointed and would never recommend this motel to anyone!
Location Pleasant staff Ability to leave car whilst went to NYC
The proprietor was a gem. His recommendations for local events and restaurants were spot-on. He bent over backwards to make my stay as pleasant as possible. He is clearly very interested in other people, and that comes across very evidently. I found the bed in the room to be clean and well-made, and the room very quiet. No problems with the shower, and reasonably convenient to the Depew train station (about 1.5 miles away).
Location to Amtrak. River nearby. Tim Hortons & Santora nearby. Pink walls.
No pink fountain!
I liked the welcoming nature of the staff, and that they were extremely helpful despite some slightly odd requests. I asked where to go for a light meal, and the recommendation was spot on.
The man who checked us in was pleasant
Holes in sheets blankets curtains and rugs from burns. Dog food and misc. trash scattered about the room. Rust water from faucet and into tub. Charged us for two days even though we could only stomach one night due to mildew and mold smell in room.
pillows were 1 foot thick and felt hard as rock. it was like sleeping while sitting up. facility would be worthwhile if it cost less than $65.
The owner was friendly and accommodating. The room is great and spacious with your basic needs.
Upgraded to jacuzzi room
Jacuzzi had no hot water along with no hot water in shower. Stayed there in an emergency during a blizzard and the room didn't even have heat.....which is important when it's 0° outside.
