Everything except restaurant facilities for dinner. A bit disappointing but not enough to lower the rating. Service was excellent especially from Lauren (Coral City?); she seemed to be everywhere and was very attentive and courteous. The breakfast area was excellent and the buffet was great. Thanks for a wonderful 5 days! See above; the dining facility doe dinner was disappointing although the food was good.

Our stay was most enjoyable the whitesands villas are lovely,breakfast very good and staff always helpful and polite .loved strolling along beach to times square and back again super location for seaside holiday thank you-used the spa and it was again super also take the wave runner tour it was fab

The kids enjoyed the pools. I liked that they were gated and for guests only. The hotel was clean and the beach was fantastic. The hotel is close to Time Square and that has great people watching and shopping. I liked the room, it had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the bar makes great cocktails. I liked the hotel, but it was expensive. You got a lot for your money, the grounds are first class and everything was great. This hotel is perfect if you never leave- and you really don't need to leave because there is so much to do. It caused me stress to leave for sightseeing because I was paying so much to be there. Also, the traffic in fort Myers Beach is horrible, plan on leaving for hours to go 10 miles. This hotel is perfect for families of young kids. My 12 year old was easily bored with the beach and pools- could just be his age too!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, ideal auch für Ausflüge. Völlig überteuert!! Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir als 5 köpfige Familie bekamen nur 2 Frühstücksbons pro übernachtung. Pro Nacht bezahlten wir einiges über 500 Dollar!!! Sehr alte Einrichtung :-(

Meget attraktiv beliggenhed på stranden ! Fantastisk flot og veludstyret lejlighed. Vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og opvasker. Glimrende altan med gode møbler. Venligt personale. At hotelprisen ikke var den jeg bookede til, men der kom ekstra udgifter til (+30 dollars). Prisen for morgenmad til personer mere end 2 skal man betale eksta. Det er for så vidt ok, men personalet var ikke skarp på afregningen som skulle sammenholdes med de 2 spisebilletter man havde fået udleveret. Det kunne hotellet godt sætte op I it systemet, så der ikke skulle ventes på ny regning der afspejlede hvad der faktisk skulle betales.

der Strand ist phänomenal, Pelikane, Delphine, Muscheln, Frühstück war ausgezeichnet Pools waren eher klein, Hotelgastronomie eher dürftig, Preis scheint uns verhältnismässig hoch

Piscine des grands et des bébés animation avec orchestre live beaute du lieu accueil des gens de l'hotel extra petits déjeuners la chambre spacieuse et sa terrasse le système de clé par le port des bracelet :on ne cherche jamais sa clé dans le sac : extra La plage en travaux avec le déclenchement des machines de pompages à 4 heures du matin l'ampoule de la lampe de la salle à manger qui tombe quand on allume la lumière

Nach kostenpflichtigem Upgrade schönes Zimmer. Bagger am Strand, die ganze Nacht! Zu teuer, habe aber vor Ort gelesen, dass mit Stichwort "Beach & Shell" 20% Rabatt bei telefonischer Buchung. Vergleichen!
