Clean, good staff, gets the job done if staying for a day or two

Reception was good

Room change over and the excuses given for not changing over bedding by 3 p.m in the afternoon. Instead of acknowledging and taking responsibility, the answer was ridiculous, that the same things happens elsewhere in other motels or Inns, that's quite wrong and a shocker.

Beds were too soft, lack of drinking glasses and basic utensils in kitchenette

The staff was a+ in all our needs. Went above and beyond to make our 4 night stay pleasurable and comfortable. Very helpful getting us needed directions to our destinations.

Friendly family/staff. We had 2 Queens, a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Complimentary coffee and water provided. Very Clean and comfortable; Safe, and conveniently located near Lackland AFB. It's not the Hilton--but neither is the pricing! I'd stay there again!

Our stay was great.Room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful on directions around town.It was close to Lackland AFB and there were restaurants close by also.

The staff were very polite, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and cheery. It had good access to Lackland Air Force Base.

Only one mirror (in bathroom), and the location was not close to any real downtown excitement or shopping.

Clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again the next time I go back to San Antonio.

I dislike nothing. Everything was great.

That Patrick was very kind, and when we needed something fixed he was right on it... the staff was friendly and the room was clean, it was nice to come home to a clean room after a full day of activities :)

Great staff, rooms renovated, comfy beds, towel sculptures and chocolates on arrival! First class!

Area run down, but no hint of hazard, perfectly safe and pleasant with lots of fast restaurants nearby.

Nice to see the owners investing in the property.

Sketchy neighborhood, not a place for people looking for a pasteurized tourist experience. Single bathroom for a room that is set up for up to 6 people can be logistically challenging (like the good old days)... Not a particularly good place you want to just hang around in as there is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. A better fit for a value oriented consumer on the go who is looking for a place to crash.

We were satisfied with pretty much everything except the airplanes flying at night.

Very roomy. Perfect for 6 people. Very clean. Kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Separate bedroom with tv. Sheets and towels changed daily. Owner attentive and helpful

Location. Not a great area. There was a closet but no dressers. They were renovating at the time so they are obviously looking to inprove their outside appearance

Had better internet service than in a chain hotel I had recently stayed in. You can tell the owners are trying to make it a nice hotel.

The neighborhood is rough looking but we stayed a week and had no problems and it was quiet.

Caters to families of Air Force Basic Training Graduation. Has all the info and schedule on the ceremony. Very close to Lackland AFB gates and easy access to highway. Ample parking. Well priced. Some rooms newly renovated and quite nice (the 1st stay). Very very friendly staff.

Not the greatest side of town. Construction on the road and renovations going on at the Inn. I was allergic to something in one of the older rooms (2nd stay).

The location was very good for our stay, easy to get to but far enough from the major highway to be quiet. Comfortable bed made the stay very pleasant, access to highway made visiting places easy.

Construction on the sidewalk made the entrance rough for this visit but that should be fixed soon. Renovation of the exterior was going on when we were there but should make the building look much nicer in a couple more weeks.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 days. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Everything inside the room was great.

They were doing construction on the exterior of the building, but they stopped about 3:00p.m. and it was not a problem. It will be really nice when finished.

Staff was very nice and room had all the essentials we needed. I was amazed by the cleanliness of our room. We would definitely stay again due to Patrick the general manager being so friendly. He even fixed my sons scooter. Can not wait to see the improvements they are doing right now.

The area was kinda scary at first but had no problems. The water temp was not regulated. It would go from hot to cold. Would not recomend a child taking a shower.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel must have been recently remodeled. The queen room had a full size refrigerator, stove, sink, There was a convenience store couple blocks down the road. There was a small store next door. One block to the city bus to go downtown for $1.20 each way was great. Close to air force base and lots of different restaurants. We were convenient to the person who was in Americorps that we were visiting. Great location and fit our needs very well. Would recommend it.
