I liked the restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. Taste home cooked.
For the price I didn't expect luxury however at the end of my stay I noticed blood under the mirror and above the headboard. Just small drops, just feel as though it should have been cleaned.
Room was clean and we'll made up
Rooms very out dated
Access to the river walk. The Breakfast at Bumbleberry's Flatt's. The employee's were helpful and nice. The price of the room.
That the facility was clean and guests at the blackjack tables were fun
That they haven't offered me a free room yet
The beach area
Carpet was filthy, poor air circulation, mattresses were hard
the casino was ok
the shower in our room was filthy, spoke to the front desk got to much attitude, she said she would notify hosueleeping supv. came4 back to room shower was never cleaned properly. I will never go back to this hotel
the value was good for the hotel stay.
it was under construction and a bit hard to enjoy.the food prices are a bit high but i understand cause they are high everywhere.
I like the quick check In and the parking near the hotel room.and the comfortable bed which I had.
oeverything else was fine everything else was fine
Very Cheap. Great Selection of TV channels.
Casino is Dead. Also a but Dark inside there. TV has static.
Good food. Nice staff.
1.As a 70+ senior with post quad cardiac bypass It was necessary for me to climb 4 flights of stairs to my room(814) because the elevator was "OUT OF ORDER". 2. Being hearing challenged I was not amused that the The 19 inch Phillips TV in my hotel room that was probably manufactured in 1971 did not respond to the Magnavox remote control so I could not activate the closed caption feature . 3. The shower in the bathroom has not been de-calcified since before the stone age. 4. The Air conditioner had 2 settings -ICE Zone Zebra and Off. 5. Isn't there some kind of public hospitality rule that mattresses should be replaced every 20 year. Mine felt like it was the original installed in 1879.
Friendly restaurant staff and front desk.
We stayed 3 days and not once did we get room service and when we did the woman Mary (Caucasian) was very rude.
Did not receive towels or have any maid service 2nd day. Was told they were too busy. Also does not furnish a hair dryer unless you ask for one each time you needed it. A inconveince
Staff was friendly
Outside was all dry rotted inside bed was like bowl so worn out. Sink leaked on the floor so bad that had to put trash can underneath sink. TV remote worked half the time. light on wall for bed reading worked half the time and made an arcing noise when you got it to work. I have stayed in most of the casino on the Laughlin strip with the low rates and have been in good condition. I would rate this at the bottom of the list
I liked the location and gambling hall
Well i am far from being a racist but wow the pool was taken over by very rude hispanics and i don't care what color or race they were but they were out of line and the staff did nothing about it. I am a mixed race also i am part latino they were just out of control!
The location was ideal with easy access to other casinos. It was quiet for a good nights sleep.
The room was not cleaned after our first of three nights until I mentioned it to the front desk..
comforter on bed had large holes. Very spartan room with small tube tv.
Bugs in sink area light fixtures broken. Wall paper missing in noticeable area. Burn holes in bead spreads non smoking room carpet stained glass on the floor.
Price was right. No Thrills, No Coffee in room. Beds were ... old and noisy and just barely comfortable.
Rarely had ICE machine with ice so had to buy ice for room. Not my idea of service. Was booked thinking WIFI was free, it was not.
Very Old rooms that need upgrading. New carpet, paint and tile in bathrooms.
The room rate was exceptionally awesome... Loved the convenience of driving up to our room... Didn't have to walk far to the pool... Ample parking... Had lots of towels... And comfy bed... Casino small and fun... The bar was great.
If you're looking for luxury this is not the place... The front desk woman that started to help me at check in really didn't seem like she wanted to work that day... I remember a guy named Shane took over the check in and made efforts to grant my request... Which was having a disabled friendly room.
Great place to stay, good rates and clean.
We liked the room because it was by the pool.
Did not like the parking, did not like the locks on the door and did not like the curtains cause they were torn and wouldent close and the pillows were too flat.plus there were two black hairs on the sheets.
staff was very friendly
rooms were antiquated and need to be updated.
