    facilities were great i.e. having a pool, gym. Location was great not a far drive from shopping center. Staff was delightful.

    Problem with the phone the first night. Not a good connection with wifi, eerie of using the fridge (not cold and didn't run) No continental breakfast.

    restaurants, inclusion of breakfast, very nice full breakfast. Nice lounge

    BATHROOMS need update especially showers. I was on the Honours floor 5 Also room is small for extended stay with family- not comfortable

    Very convenient to all our needs. The store inside hotel was not too far priced out for items that you may need. Restaurant was DELICIOUS!! Liked the fact that they served late also. Nice bar area! Pool was fabulous as well! Workout area was awesome & just like what we were used to! They even provided me with headphones since I had forgotten mine! Staff was top notch! Easy checking in & out! No problem with early check in either! This stay was great!! :-)

    There was nothing I didn't like.

    The room was beautiful, much more than I expected it to be, and was perfect for getting into the city for the things we wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again in the future, and at other locations!

    When I went to check out, the rate changed, making it more expensive than I originally anticipated. Since four of us were sharing the room and paying cash, it would have been a hassle to make up the money difference, which was almost 100 more than I expected! I wasn't informed when I checked in that the rate would change, and in my bank statement online I saw the difference, but on the voucher it told me that I might have to pay less than what the pending number was, so I let it go. After I spoke to the woman, Jennifer, who checked us out that morning, she changed the rate for us to the rate when I booked the room, and I was compensated for the money taken out on my card. Overall, Jennifer was great and I got the rate I wanted, but I should have been informed of any change of the money before I was expected to pay, either by email or when I checked in originally.

    Darby at the front desk went above and beyond her daily duties to make our stay comfortable.

    Bartender Vince did a nice job, but he ended doing the servers job because they passed us at least 6 times without even recognizing us.

    Muito perto da Pittsburgh (duas saidas) - limpo, muito espaço, vista desafogada. Very close to Pittsburgh - two exits - very clean, lots of space and nice view.

    Não inclui pequeno almoço - NADA. Pelo preço, deveria de incluir nem que fosse pequeno almoço continental (café e pão). Did not include any meals, not even breakfast. For the price, it should have at least included coffee and bread.

    I liked the room and the hotel in general. It was very clean and the woman who checked us in was very friendly and nice.

    Well I went here for a convention from my home seven hours away. I was under the impression that I would not be charged for the stay until I checked out, but it was taken out so suddenly that it messed up my bank account. I ended up having to find a bank in the area to fix the problem. It was a total inconvenience and kinda ruined the whole reason I went to pittsburgh in the first place. The other thing that I disliked was the attitude of the woman working when I checked out. I thought she was incredibly rude and gave me the most blank expression when I handed over the room keys. She wasn't friendly or polite in the slightest. How she works in a hotel I have no idea!

    Bed comfortable.. Staff pleasent.

    Room was suppose to be "redecorated" according to the welcome letter... However I found the metal hardware in the bathroom corroded and rusted... Rug appeared stained and the broken sliding glass door was held shut by duct tape... Door would not shut properly and had gaps around it.. Hardware was broken and some parts missing. Also.. No free wifi? In this day and age?? A business class hotel should have complementary wifi at minimum.

    Are room was nice but kinda tiny. But again not to bad for the price. Did not use the pool. Are bed was comfy. We were on the 7th floor but didn't have any veiw. Really enjoyed are stay.

    The breakfast food was eh.

    Very friendly staff especially Kelly who helped organize our shuttle to the hockey game! Waitress at breakfast .. Very happy person!

    Hard to organize shuttle time to downtown although it said it would be available when I booked on the website.. Spent an extra $30 in taxi ;(

    Clean room. Nice TV. Great view of the mountains.

    I booked well in advanced (about 3 weeks) and the price was still almost twice as much as I would have liked.. Bathroom fan did not work. Ice machine did not work on our floor. No refrigerator!!!

    We had the pool area to ourselves & had a chance to unwind. Location was perfect for going into the city for dinner. Also, loved the omelette station for breakfast.

    Nothing, except for the French toast is always rock hard. Overall, had a great stay.

    The staff was so accommodating. We got there early, by chance, and they let us check in. I so appreciated that. They also had an excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Everyone who worked there was not just polite, but friendly and nice. So welcoming.

    I have no criticism.

    The staff were rude and unhelpful. This was probably the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel in respect of the staff. I was extremely disappointed.
