Comfy bed and furniture, spacious CLEAN rooms, free internet! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Bo, who is an asset to the company and a good personality to have at the front desk. He was genuinely interested in our comfort and needs. Dim light in bathroom; tub mat VERY dirty (lots of someone else's hair and chunks of foodstuff on the bottom of the rubber mat).

The breakfast was great, exactly what we needed! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout seeing we had an appointment later in the day and hadn't checked in until 9pm the night before, I appreciate that!!! The fitness center needs an update, more hand weights and the treadmill was a bit wobbly!

The room was clean and all amenities needed. Staff upon check-in was very nice and gave options of what room we could be place into. We asked for the water coolers to be refilled so we could have water for meals and to fill up a bottle in fitness center. This was never done and we were told to purchase water bottles from the lobby if we wanted water.

it was quiet and clean. room was large and included a refrigerator and microwave. breakfast was decent but eggs and sausages were microwaved. not very good. cerals, breads and pasteries okay.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice, friendly staff. Decent breakfast that even a gluten-free diet can find a few choices. Have been there a few times and have recommended to other parents of nearby boarding school. Also liked the large refrigerator to use for our own foods. And offering a shower cap! Great idea. A few more comfortable chairs in the room.

We liked the breakfast in the morning. The room was very comfortable -- liked the desk and easy chair set-up. Did not like the set-up of the bathroom separated from the sink. A lot of hotels do that these days, and we've never liked it. Thought the location was closer to town.

Price was right and so was location - loved the breakfast. Our sink was backed up and it wasn't fixed during our 4 night stay - also, some items were not replaced daily - like decaf coffee, the bath rug, soap and shampoo/conditioner.

We upgraded the room to accommodate my daughter and my needs and it was terrific plus affordable. The staff was always kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Great surprise. We recommended it to everyone at her nearby boarding school. Shower caps. Yes you say you will provide extras by calling, but by the time you realize they aren't there you are usually undressed!

Great flat screen TV to watch the ND game that night! Our stay was good. My family agreed that the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We wound up stopping to eat elsewhere on our drive out of Pittsfield, MA
