Location was perfect and staff was very friendly.
The wi-fi was very hit or miss.
Location and proximity to central strip
Rooms were not to 4 star standard. Old tv and furniture looked shady. I wouldn't get Fiji water because I am not a diamond member like seriously no other hotel did that. Not the best for comps.
Resort fees. Why should you have to pay for gym and pool when you will never use it. Only 2 devices allowed on wifi even if more than 2 people in room.
Hotel needs upgrading and renovation
While they were accommodating towards having a pet. I believe it should be a deposit not a fee. If your pet destroys something you should have to pay for it. Ours did not and it cost additional $168 on top of a fee that is already fairly high. Also we were told it was going to be $75 a night and after I looked at my bill it was $84. They told me it was because of the room size however they upgraded the room not us.
Room was dirty, hair in shower, toilet did not flush, TV was not working, room was not cleaned! Staff was not responsive or friendly. They gave us credit for the resort fee, big deal!! By far, this is the worst hotel ever & we will never stay there again. We rate them at Zero!
The pool was closed for the season which was dissapointing...
The room was less than what I expected
Staff dealt with any issue quickly and politely. Ver convenient location.
the hotel is in the middle of Vegas strip
breakfast: why they offer breakfast if it is a coffee and a cookie in starbucks?, some of the valet got angry when you don't have cash to give them tip, there is not a refrigerator in the room, the concierge gave us a bad information about check out, internet paid by "resort services: sucks!
All the access to Shopping / Restaurants/Vegas Strip/ Sports & Casino
The hotel is in a very good location. Easy to get out to the strip. The casino was a lot of fun - Marissa at the blackjack table was awesome - super fun and had lots of great advice and stories to share!! When I had an issue with someone smoking in the hallway outside my room the desk staff and security were on it immediately and took care of it. The hotel is older and the hallways and rooms could use some updating (although I thoroughly enjoyed my Dallas television series memorabilia in the room) the place cou,d use a nit of an update.
The casino is super smokey and where we were in the conference Center you could smell the smoke around there. Also there is no security at the elevator banks - in many of the Vegas hotels I've stayed in you have had to swipe or show your key card in order to access the elevators to your room - I didn't feel unsafe but I'm pretty sure some of the rooms had some Vegas 'treats' delivered to them.
Convenient (for my wife) ...adjacent to 'miracle mile' shopping mall and in the center of the strip so good access to other casinos. Room was good size. (standard room)
Staff seemed ... well... less than enthusiastic. maybe just a tough weekend for them. Room was a little run down. Guest room hallways was a little run down (carpet, wallpaper etc...) Definitely not impressive.
The location was great. It's connected to a mall and awesome stores and restaurants. Has a club and common areas are beautiful.
The rooms need an upgrade. It was not cleaned properly. The same hair all over the bathroom was there until the day I left. That showed me they didn't clean and it wasn't my hair or my friends. Disgusting and there was no minibar in my room at all. Not impressed about cleanliness.
Room like a dugin no light and very old upgraded rooms my be better
Great place to visit LV, comfotable and clean.
the pool was closed and the resort fee is abusive! we booked 3 days but left on the second was it was not worth the money.
Clean and tidy A bit old looking cupboards needed painting we usually stay at NY NY And thought the rooms there are much better But location was good closer to more things bathroom was nice bedding clean
Pool closed for winter grandchildren disappointed Every other pool was open told we could use Paris Pool but who wants to walk all the waythrough casinos to use a pool. With wet hair etc that was a disapointment as everywhere else we stayed we could swim
This place was amazing. Talk about value and comfort. We had two rooms for 7 people. The beds slept two comfortably and they were very spacious. We were able to party in our room with plenty of space. Overall an amazing experience we will never forget
The casino took our money. But hey, it's vegas.
The staff was great and friendly.
The rooms were a little run down, especially for the price.
Location is excellent !
The rooms were old and not very clean
We got a great deal on the PH and it turned out to be very close to where the race finish area exited. It's in a good location on the strip - central with a reasonable walk to most places on the strip. The rooms are large with a separate soaker bathtub and shower.
The elevators on the casino level ate terribly marked. We were constantly having to trek through the whole casino to find them. It was pretty frustrating when it was still happening after a couple days. No logically layout like in other strip hotels. It's worn out and needs a refresh. Simple things would make a difference - fix the dings in the walls, marks on the doors, water scale on the taps, dingy tile grout. The room was clean enough, but there were watermarks on the bathroom floor, streaks on table tops, etc. And, there is no mini bar or fridge to keep any food or drinks chilled.
Nice room, good staff, brilliant location.
Wifi only worked for two days, and if I'm being picky the shower wasn't great.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very large, clean and enjoyable.
Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. TV was old, reception was poor and the "menu" selection didn't work on the TV. This really needs to be upgraded. The furniture is also old, scratched and needs to be updated or replaced.
We loved this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, excellent room standard and such a comfy bed, we were upgraded on arrival to a room that overlooked the bellagio fountains which was amazing. Such a fantastic stay.
No free wifi.
