Advertised Internet. Informed staff about connectivity. Tried to fix but unable.
The door jams didnt close tight so you felt unsafe. The bathtub was a mess. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Not worth the $.
Great rates is why I picked them
3 bucks a day extra for wi fi is just a sneaky way to get more money...and THEN the connections were bad and no one on site offered to do ANYTHING to assist.
Spacious accommodation. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping and dining establishments. It is quiet enough to get some sleep.
The condition of the room was poor. The shower and tub were stained so always looked dirty. Fixtures were peeling. The television had a lot of channels, but often had no signal. Everything looked clean, but felt dirty. There is no pool. They do not intend to fill it until next year, if ever again.
Motel staff was courteous. It was clean.
It did in a pinch...no vending machines worked, the lovely pool photo is from days gone by (not in service). Said breakfast included which consisted of coffee and something that resembled cereal. The door hasp was broken off so not very secure. The cold water was a trickle.
Sink had silverfish Toilet was dirty Shower stained with broken tiles Towel rack broken wi-fi did not work well breakfast choice was stale coffee, one cereal choice and orange drink not juice
Well the service was great. Room was OK. Slept good. The young lady that was working was very nice. Just say when I called about the pillows being nasty. They brought clean ones very quickly.
Well my pillows had long white girl hair on them. My tube was backing up while I took a shower. Their rates for the rooms are to high for the area they are in. The pool was closed.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Did not have that they were remodeling, No pool and poor continental breakfast.. It should havebeen stated on line about that and not make people think that they were getting all of what was adverstied...
The service was bad. They advertised wifi that didn't work. Their pool has been broken for two years! They slammed the phone down on us. The breakfast was only one cereal.
Cost Convenient location
Poor Air Conditioner Room was smelly They falsely advertised a continental breakfast that did not exist Overcharged for early check in ($10 more)
The flat screen
Everything else. The pool was under construction and that is the only reason I chose this hotel it did not say anywhere online there was no pool and refused to return any money they give you continental breakfast that ends at 9am but they don't tell you that and they were working on the rooms making so much noise and left large work carts blocking the hallway and did not move when I tried to get by with my luggage and 3 year old I would never recommend this hotel
Pool drained and door welded shut. Prostitutes around. Shower was too nasty to shower in rowdy crowd outside to night club that seemed attached. A real concern for safety!
The pool was not operating. The picture on the site was why I chose the hotel, but upon arrival, it was not filled. The toilet in my room shot water out of the tank every time it flushed. The shower and the tub ran at the same time, so the tub filled up while showering. The water in the sink ran very slow and the AC unit didn't work properly. I guess you get what you pay for, I will not recommend it to anyone.
They had bed bugs and other bugs in the room. I had to go to the doctor for the bed bugs bit. Have my paper work and cream for the treatment.
Everything was wrong bugs
The bed was clean.
The room was very old and in need of repair. The gap under the door was at least 1/2 inch wide. So I was paranoid that something would crawl in. I killed flies and gnats all night long. The iron that we had to go get from the front desk did not work and they didn't offer to bring us another one. Very uncomfortable stay. The only reason we stayed was because of the no refund policy.
Location, a good bed and a good shower.
Poor security, breakfast was bad, pool was empty, room was shabby.
The pool and staff
The location was good cause it was central to the places I had to travel to.
I booked my stay to check in Friday and check out Sunday. I called on Thursday to let the staff know I wouldn't be arriving till Saturday morning because we were driving from NYC. Upon arrival the person at the front desk told me we couldn't check in till 2pm cause we arrived after 7am. I told him it doesn't matter when I arrived cause I had reservations for Friday so mt rooms should already be secured regardless of my arrival. The pictures that are on the website are no where close to what the facility and rooms look like. The pool had no water in it and looked like it hadn't been used in years. Some of the rooms had boards in the window. The rooms need to be renovated and made more modernized.
Nothing. This is a very sad excuse for tourist lodging.
It is run down, dirty and scary.
Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Happy to have a microwave and frig!
It took forever to check in. There was confusion but I finally secured the three rooms I had reserved. The breakfast was scanty and I could never get on wifi.
Location on motel was convenient to the university we were going to.
Our room had no coffee maker, no clock, TV wasn't working well, bathroom was dirty, sheets on the bed were just laid on, no fitted sheets. Very disappointed. Will not stay at a Red Carpet Inn again.
The price was good if you're looking for a cheap hotel.
They price was what it said online but the rude desk clerk made sure to rub it in my face that it would have been cheaper if I just walked in and got a room. He laughed about it! Secondly, it says that they accept pets but when you get there, there is a printed sign on the desk saying no pets and you would be kicked out without refund if you had one. So every question I asked he tapped that sign making sure I understood. They do accept pets though you just have to tell them ahead of time and they charge $10 which is not a big deal. But I felt harassed about it so I ended up having my friend keep my dog for the weekend and if I would have known beforehand I would not have booked with them. Wifi did not work at all!! Free Continental breakfast was one cereal and nothing else!
It was cheap
The night front desk employee had zero people skills. My toilet would not flush and I had to call the front desk 3 times before they came to fix it. The place was pretty sketchy.
